    If you are a small business owner, you legally own your home, and your home is legally your ‘Home Office’, and you don’t want to sell it, can your divorcing spouse claim your home (also technically your home office)?

      I would check with your lawyer about this because if your home office is part of your marital home it would be divided as well.
