Capra axles actually fit very well in the Scx10 iii chassis for the Gladiator body like how it widened the tires to give it a more realistic and aggressive look

Haha well I hope you enjoy the Capra! It’s probably my favorite rig I’ve owned. Crawling is definitely my driving style but if they like to throttle up I’m all for them having fun. Let me know how you like that rig!
Very cool video the Dino tracks are rad! I'm trying to decide which to build a Glad 1/10 or 1/24. I have a built Glad 1/1 😉 so this will be a mini me. Excellent job on your build.
Nice video friend, this car is very cool, but I was not very lucky, DIg burnt broken differential, after I exchanged all parts for superior quality it was much cooler to walk, without fear of breaking.
Awesome video! Questions I didn’t see covered in the video or description: Have you changed the gearing at all? Stock pinion, etc.? I’m not familiar with whether or not the Capra axles would have geared it down. What are you running for foams/inserts?
Hey mate, I'm going to ask you the most basic question you've ever had. Where did you get the orange tyre boards from? On local eBay everyone who sells them 3D prints them but because the Gladiator is bigger they need to be bigger than standard. And no one will print bigger as a one off. The Overland pack has them but in red. Did you just cable tie them on? Awesome videos, keep up the good work.
No worries, I bought them from a hobby shop. I think they are the RC4WD boards. Just used a small screw to mount them. They are a standard size nothing custom
@@westdesertwheeleri started my 10.3 build and im going to use some ar60s which should fix that driveshaft issue but i want 4 link up front since the servos also on axle can i just bolt up any 4 link skid plate? its gonna be a funny looking rc with the proline 13.9 wb silverado body and stock ryft tires and wheels😂😂 and 4ws its going to be a snow recovery type rig haha super heavy and stable if i can😂

After I replaced the entire bottom with aluminum, it became one of my favorites! good job very cool video.

Yes I had to set the dig servo before it burned up. They aren’t set up correctly out of the box. Fun truck though!

Did you trim the fender bolts off? With the axles on mine it hits the body so much but I don’t wanna get rid of the fenders
Never trimmed them. But they rubbed
