- I am using my break from Africa to try out another bike and to work on my riding techniques! To be better on my own, I try to race a rally once a year to work on my riding. This year, I am entering the Dinaric Rally in Croatia! I borrowed a KTM 350 EXC to race on, and well, what an absolute beast!! I think it's the perfect bike for this terrain and I can't wait for the rally to begin!

Croatia is definitely a very beautiful country. The mountain views are surreal. And, it seems that Noraly always finds kind and helpful people everywhere she goes!
Another rally! Yay! I think riding in a rally is more difficult than we think. At least for us couch riders! Noraly is so good at adapting to different circumstances while still producing top quality videos.
You are correct budburrell! Difficult even for those who ride often but don't race. Rally racing is brutally exhausting requiring strength, stamina and mental concentration. By day 5 and 6 it requires pushing oneself beyond what their body is telling them and mistakes are more likely. I am so impressed she can do this but not too surprised as we have seen she has done amazing things. Peace!

My father is Serbian really interesting choice of locations I still can't believe how clean the streets are in all these countries that you visit. Whoowhoo another rally.....probably the best all round teaching ground for learning new skills and improving existing ones.......I was involved in car rallying many years ago and it improved my 'normal' driving......do as many rallies as you can Noraly and enjoy the thrill !!!!!

Another great video, beautiful countryside. Fifty years ago or more I rode a Vespa from the far north all the way to Greece on the west coast of what was then known as Jugoslavia. It was a highlight of a two year journey. Your video brings back memories. What better way to start a day then view another great video, thanks young lady. Stay safe.

You truly are an adventurous wonder. Of course, I ride a street bike not made for such rough terrain. But I cannot imagine attempting to ride over those rocks and ruts. Surely, any bike I attempted to ride would be on the ground in no time! I commend you as being the most skilled and brave rider. I love your videos!
That bike is crazy FAST. Watching a lot of these videos, one can get used to the camera capturing everything a certain way, but this one, you could just tell, it's all just next-level fast.

We were in Croatia earlier this year and I brought along my road bicycle for some day rides. Loved every minute and will be back for sure. I was riding east of Baska Voda in the coastal mountains and came across a sign warning of wild boars! Glad I never saw one as I'm not sure I could outrun one.

I went to Croatia back in the seventies. Great country explored driving a Renault 4L, the best. Nice to see Noraly riding in this beautiful country offering great food.

Rally racing definitely keeps all your abilities in check and you do a fantastic job. I always hoped we could see more of Croatia, after the trip through on Basanti. Beautiful country. I have always loved being in the middle of absolutely nowhere and saying “where am I going”. But alas...nowhere always ends up somewhere...with much to remember in between. Great riding skills on your practice run on the KTM.

Hvala! Croatia is an undiscovered gem, one of the few left. If you get to visit the special island of Hvar you must stay with Teo Gregicviec in Zavala. I forget the name of his private retreat there but ANYONE can point you there and Nada will take care of everything else. Salud!
This may be interesting to bikers, but with others like me who just like to ride along with Noraly for the adventure, I can't wait for the rainy season to end in Africa! It will be such a welcome sight to see Alaska again. And see what lies ahead once again for the adventures that Noraly and Alaska have ahead of them.
So glad to watch you in places where they learned to build roads and drainage, something that has been around for 2,000 years. Love these videos again.

It is amazing that fortress has stood the test of time. Thanks for allowing that grandfather safe passage in town as he crossed the road, and the high mountain had a lovely purple bushy flower. Congratulations on new friendships and a new place to be an ambassador.

Feel the need to chime in, despite all the similar comments. I'm really impressed by Noraly's riding skills, there's no chance I would have kept up with her on that ride. She's always having fun, living in the moment. Such an inspiration, makes me want to find the courage to live life large and fearlessly too.

Others: Exercise in the gym half the year, take the bike apart thrice and rebuild it to make sure every wire and nut is in exact the right place and at the exact right angle. Show up with a whole entourage of a team and race.

She was tutored on how to ride rally by Mason Klein, who has done the Dakar twice now (and is quite good at it)... Noraly is working up to it...
Great video - really enjoyed this one. I rode a non-competitve event in the Balkans last year (Illyria Raid) on a CRF300Rally - it was a bit of struggle and I've now switched to a KTM350-exc so I'll be interested to see how you get on. I think the KTM will be massively superior to the Honda for this sort of riding. The main thing is to have fun which you seem to be doing!
