I agree with your assessment of Helle's vocals. She isn't Floor Jansen by any means, but she just has a unique timbre to her voice that I find compelling. I adore her clean vocals and enjoy most of her harsh vocals as well. It took a long time for me to be able to digest harsh vocals. I was bands like Ignea, Opeth and Epica that finally got me over the hump. I couldn't deny myself the great music because I couldn't stand a small percentage of what they were doing (growling).
