What a stunning animal. I'd Love to do a dive near a great white. The best I ever got was diving in the shark tank in the Pattaya aquarium in Thailand. Small reef sharks etc. Thanks for posting beautiful footage.

The front of some BMW's is a Great White Shark. So yes, they are very beautiful.

This video is extremely well done! This is what people want to see with their animal videos! I love seeing the endless many shots of the great white surfacing, one after the next. Everybody else, builds up a damn story 47 minutes long, to get maybe 5 seconds of actual interesting footage. Well done!

Like wolves, they serve such a great purpose. Being apex predators, you need them to maintain balance in the ecosystem. Such powerful creatures.

Its genus name Carcharodon means jagged or sharp tooth and refers to its serrated teeth. Its species name carcharias is a throwback to its first Latin name Squalus carcharias. I think the reason Linnaeus gave it its species name was because he was inspired by how the French ichthyologist Pierre Belon gave it the name Canis carcharias. That could be because sharks were once called sea dogs. Can you believe all of that?
