I really respect that you held good ethics. You could have cheated. And you didn't. Many would have I think. And for that, I was always a fan, but even more so when I saw that move. Thank you for being you. Its so refreshing to see someone put ethics above winning. I really aspire to be as good a female angler as you-and to be as good a sportsman. I would have climbed under that dock too to try and catch a smallmouth that size. I laughed when I watched that and said "yep, I would do that." Those small mouth were absolutely amazing you caught. You have so much here to be proud of-and that ethical move alone makes you the winner of that tournament. Keep plugging and having fun. You have alot of fans rooting for you not only as an angler, but as what is very apparent, a very good person.

I was going to ask (before I got to later in the video) if you needed to show the hook in the mouth more often on these bed fish. You see others show it so often. Never doubted your integrity for a second and you proved you really don't need to show the catches! Good on you, congrats on the 4th and PB!

seems like a silly rule, like you just don't foul hook or intentionally snag bass anyway, its so not likely, even the ones you do foul hook were usually eating anyway. But glad to see a person with self disciple, that is admirable.

No there isn’t, but these fish were fickle- I only had a little time left, it wasn’t going to eat again for awhile
