@problemsolved I love your videos, especially this one! I always learn some thing! But this one your experiment with the glass jars and water saved me and others time from experimenting ourselves! I do use mason jars, but whenever possible I purchased foods that come in glass jars. I recycle them and use those to store dry goods. Please keep the videos coming!❤

As an add-on to the dried pantry stuff, if you want to prevent your rice getting taken over by weevils, just add a dried chilli or two in there! ;) ofc just leave it on top and don't push it down

Cutting your chicken yourself really is a great tip. If you're looking to freeze your meat long term, a vacuum sealer is great to have. It removes the air from the freezer bags, so that you're less likely to get freezer burn and the food lasts longer. They don't have to be expensive either and they can often be found in thrift stores for very cheap.
