    Dang it sucks that you can’t use the panniers after lowering the bike. You could do a fender eliminator to stop it from touching the tire. Your production value is on point brother. Those drone shots look awesome!

      @LiterFreedom  Před měsícem +2

      I appreciate you, legend!
      I'm looking at some options for the fender eliminator, some of them the blinker lights are too wide and it gets on the way of the panniers too!
      I rode with a few 600rr and 650r out here and dude those 600 bikes are fast on the twisties haha. Dudes get crazy on those bikes lol

    Also, I have the IXIL headers that I had jet hot ceramic coated which keeps the headers stay clean and they dissipate heat even more. The exhaust tone changes and gets louder. WIth the Arrow exhaust its much louder without the db killer which making ear plugs necessary which I use most of the time. With the db killer its much more manageable.

    • @LiterFreedom
      @LiterFreedom  Před měsícem

      I can only imagine how loud your bike is haha I bet you could hear her from a mile away LOL It's likely that I'll end up getting a full exhaust for the bike so it's good to understand all the opinions available in the market. I'll check on the IXIL headers, I like that they stay clean, its hard to get the a sponge under there haha! I appreciate the recommendations, brother!

    Hi from Japan! Thank you for another great video, and hope, you will fix all issues with your bike!

      @@LiterFreedom My first bike as a beginner is KTM Duke 390 2017 year model. The second one I decided to get after the big bike license is Suzuki gsx-8r. Not so powerful, but really amazing for my current limits as a new biker. At first, as a second bike i wanted to get a Kawasaki ninja 650, but the engine sound is kinda.. 1000cc is really awesome, but too powerful for me.

    • @LiterFreedom
      @LiterFreedom  Před měsícem +1

      @@xiron_JP The sound on the NInja 650 is not too exciting (in my opinion), but the 1000sx sounds good, its powerful but not too powerful the only problem is the weight.

    Regarding the clutch lever, probably you need to adjust the cable as it is currently not engaging the clutch properly. It's why it only registers it in 6'th position.
    With proper cable adjustment your levers should engage the clutch in all positions.

      It's interesting you say that, I have tried adjusting the cable several times and nothing changed. I'm going to dig a little dipper and speak about it on my next video! Thanks for the suggestion, brother!

    Hi
    the information on the TFT display being reset is caused by the low voltage of the battery ,it occurred to me several times.
    Make sure checking the voltage monitor in the display or make sure ride every time for at least 20 minutes to restore the voltage from every engine start, and it doesn't happen anymore since I find it was the voltage problem.
    And the TW version Ninja 1000SX is 123.3 PS / 8,000 rpm ,maybe it can explain why you get difference around 8000rpm.

    • @LiterFreedom
      @LiterFreedom  Před měsícem +1

      I will look at the voltage. 有时我骑车10分钟去咖啡店。也许电池没有足够的时间充满电。谢谢你的建议!

    I txt you before not sure if you remember me but I bought a 2024 1000sx I pick it up tomorrow I put a coffmans slip on its a shorty and looks amazing compared to all others they actually made me one for free cause they didn't make one yet I am promoting it for them anyway how much did it cost to flash the bike

    • @LiterFreedom
      @LiterFreedom  Před měsícem

      My bikes ECU flash was pretty cheap because I got it done out here in Taiwan, they Dyno tuned it too for $200USD. You must be going nuts waiting for the bike haha. You're gonna love her!
      I do remember you mentioning your custom slip on. I wish I could hear it. Maybe you could make us a video? Or I could even put it on my channel if you'd like it! I bet it will sound unique!
      Are you considering getting a full exhaust already? I will say that for me the bike feels very loud when touring for a few hours, but, in town I wish I had a full exhaust...

      @@michaelsloane1034 Hahah I was told the same. Luckily they only test for emissions every 5 years out here and I found one of those connections that will help me out when the time comes LOL
      The slip-on is easy to change but the full exhaust is a bit harder for sure, however, when the time comes you could simply go back to the stock headers and pass the test...

    Sorry for all the comments, but check out this video, you can keep the stock rear fender and eliminate the scraping of the wheel. I have the kawasaki saddlebags with an R/G tail tidy and I am able to keep the stock rear turn signals that I upgraded to led bulbs.

    • @LiterFreedom
      @LiterFreedom  Před měsícem

      Actually I got it done out here by a trusted mechanic, they Dyno tuned the bike, I'm getting about 120ish HP to the wheel with the slip on and I was told it would add MAYBE another 10HP with a full exhaust...I was expecting more power to be honest but I was shocked at how different the bike felt! The acceleration is brutal now. You were right about the ECU flash! I'm impressed!

    I didn’t realize ECU flashes could change so much on a bike, like your clutch for example. Was it worth it, even with all the other changes besides engine response? That’s what makes me nervous about an ECU flash, I’ve heard people destroying their bike.. The engine response looks amazing on that 1000

    • @LiterFreedom
      @LiterFreedom  Před měsícem +2

      So actually the clutch and TFT issues happened before the ECU flashes. The ECU flash brought no issue to the bike at all, actually it helped to lessen some of the issues such as the heat or the throttle being a little snappy.
      The ECU flash was done by the Kawasaki dealership out here so I'm hoping they know what they were doing haha But so far no issues at all with the ECU flash.The engine response became much better after the flash for sure.

    The Kawasaki panniers will not touch the wheels, nor will that rear standard fender.

    • @LiterFreedom
      @LiterFreedom  Před měsícem

      How sure are you of that? I also suspected that it wouldn't touch the wheel or that standard fender, but, when my girlfriend set on the back the fender got pretty close to the wheel and maybe if I hit a big bump it could hit it...
      To be honest Id prefer to use my other fender eliminator but the blinker lights get on the way of the pannier box so I have to find another one that works better...Do you have any recommendations for that?
