At Emmanuel Baptist, we express our love for the Christ of Scripture by proclaiming biblical truth, nurturing biblical community and engaging in biblical mission at home and abroad. We are committed to verse-by-verse, expository preaching in our regular worship services. Please join us this coming Lord's Day as we seek to know, exalt and promote the glory of God in Jesus Christ.
Repentance is the key.
No repentance, no salvation.
Same thing.
You cant unrepent, its a gift from God.
If you unrepent, you never repented in the first place; therefore salvation was never yours in the first place.
Repentance is the key to salvation.
Its not a dangerous sermon if you let Gods spirit tell it rite.
Salvation includes being lead by the spirit of the most high. Glory to God.
I used to struggle with assurance. In a sense I would agree, but LOOKING TO JEUSUS NOT YOURSELF is the key. Apart of repentance is also taking your eyes off yourself and rooting them on christ.
I'm from India and i am a true believer and reformed protestant. I use to watch 'wretched' youtube channel of Todd Friel. he is so deep in the knowledge of the bible, i watch him defend the bible true gospel against to those non-believer. I love watching him preach and revealing the truth as God is glorified in that.
Being Indian does not in anyway diminish the possibility of you being a true believer. So don't say.." I'm from India but.. ". Perhaps you didn't mean it in that sense. It would be better to say ..I'm from India and....
@@josethottumkalthank you. I know for the facts salvation doesn't diminish my faith in jesus even though i am from india. Yes you're right i should use ' and instead of but. Thanks
God has enriched me alot through this sermon. Glory to him and all praise to him. Amen
Romans 8:16 says "The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are the sons of God". Thanks Todd...
This is a gem... listen through and glorify God
God of mercy help me love you.
Wow Wow Wow! So awesome, assurance received, wow! I've been looking for something like this, wooooooow, wow wow, thank you, glory- Changed forever
you cannot lose your salvation but you can walk away from it and forfeit it by returning to your sins willfully and perpetually without repentance and reform
I couldn't stop smiling. His enthusiasm is catchy
As long as you continue in Christ your salvation is assured.
But like paul said, lets not stumble at the very end.
I believe God is the alpha and omega.
He knows what happens because its already happened.
Not everyone will be saved.
But those who put thier hope in Christ will be saved.
What im trying to say is if we choose we can turn our back on salvation, threrefore we were never saved in the first place.
Its already passed.
We that are his are already in glory with Him, its just time that slows it all down.
Time to choose. Time to choose life in Christ Jesus. The forfillment of time. The refining of our souls.
We cant be unsaved, that is correct if we have never been saved.
If we are in Christ Jesus we are saved. If we choose to walk away we were never saved in the first place.
Alpha and omega. Psalm 139.
Assurance comes from the grace of God. Gods grace comes through Christ Jesus. Amen.
Glory to God.
Im glad I found this. Thank you
Praise The Lord!
Wonderful delivery of the Word of God
God bless you Todd , Hallelujah
Did he say God doesn't know who will be saved? That can't be right. God knows the end from the beginning.
Do I have you guy’s permission to download this? I loved it
Thanks for asking. You may download it for personal use.
Emmanuel Baptist Church Bryan thank you
WRONG YOU CAN GIVE UP YOUR WALK WITH GOD IF YOU SO CHOOSE...read EZE. 18.24, Hebrews 10.26 and 6: 4-6, 2nd peter 2. 20-22 and Mt. 12. 43-45...once saved always saved if you always stay saved...think of Judas and Demas and others
Literally everything you said is incorrect and has zero evidence. The Hebrew verses does not mean that if someone sins eve wilfully that the sacrifice of Christ has no meaning. Peter denied Jesus three times willfully and yet does the sacrifice of Christ not apply for him, no, you should study the history of Hebrews this verse was written to Jewish Christians who were being convinced to go back to Judaism. Paul previously writes that the blood of calves and animals under the old convenent will not save us which is what this verse shows that if they go back to judaism there is no sacririce for sin becsuse the blood of animals does not satisfy the wrath of God. Now saying that Judas was a Christian who lost his salvation is insane to say😂😂 he was false convert. And that Ezekiel verse was apart of the old convenent which was conditional whereas the new covenant is unconditional upon the love of Christ and HIS performance not ours
your views are wrong....if you go back to sin willfully and perpetually you forfeit your salvation..we must confess and attempt to overcome
@@DavidKing-qd3sp Yeah, we obviously must confess, but there is zero evidence that supports your claim, you are just saying stuff with no evidence such as those hebrews verses which are talking about something totally different that you wold have to read the ot and the animal sacrifices to understand. Read the parable of the sower, there is a MAJOR difference between true and false conversion, you are describing false conversion, Jesus said that if anyone looks back he is not fit for the kingdom. You literally said that Judas forfeited his salvation which is the weirdest claim that I have ever heard, JUdas was never a genuine believer in the first cast to even begin with. When a believer is justified, ALL of their sins, past, present and future and converted by Christ. If you think that we could loose the holy spirit, or salvation, then WHAT COULD separate us from the love of Christ? TELL ME RIGHT NOW WHAT CAN because Paul definitely says otherwise in Romans 8, dude re read the book of Romans.
@@DavidKing-qd3sp incorrect says what verse?? You cannot forfeit your salvation, you need to understand the parable of the sower and the doctrine of false conversion ur saying things with no explanation how am I wrong?
@@liammcelroy6734 I gave many verses and if they do not convince you - nothing will/////but you may never see heaven if you think Grace allows for willful / perpetual sin with out repentance and effort to cease
you cannot lose your salvation because forgiveness is always offered BUT if you cease to repent and to attempt to turn from a willful - perpetual lifestyle of sin you will be lost...if you can be saved living as you did before conversion then why get converted . that's called universalism....so with all respect this preacher is more hype and emotion than rational thought....and sad to say the naive and unlearned will suck this up like candy. I believe - once saved always saved if you stay saved....Satan was lost - Adam would have been lost also BUT he repented and turned from his sin
