This game shows the life of a soldier in WWI. It almost accurately represents the things that they went through. The ending of the game shows what they all wanted. But some never got to see it. Only in heaven will they see it.

Like how this potrays realisticly ww1 in their homeland you would be told war is great and all only in trenches you would realize taht artillery, gas attacks, trench raids, rats and 50 diesieses exist

This is the definition of a game being realistic.
I read a book about WW1 and it showed how the Nazis came back because they failed war and at the start of this game you can see the people chanting for you so ot reminded me of that. We think military is easy to get into and you win the war but its really hard for them. R.I.P to the ones who we lost
Bro what? The Nazi's had nothing to do with WW1 at all, the Nazi Party aka The National Socialist German Workers` Party was started in 1920. 2 years after WW1. So idk what you think the Nazi's have to do with WW1
Uh what do you mean ? Like Jaymess said, the Nazis have nothing to do with it (other than certain figures like Hitler and Dirlewanger fighting in it before becoming Nazis)
Btw it started because of the resentment, hatred and anger in all the German peoples due to how much of a laughing stock Germany had become after the Versailles treaty (weakened military, resources directed to France, forced to pay reparations that would make it bankrupt, lose territory to Poland, lose colonies in Asia and Africa, etc)
@jaymessmoyer340 I was trying to talk about the WW1 enemies but it was showing nazi soldiers in the book so idk why it was in the book

I like how artillery don’t kill everyone in the trench. First comes artillery and only then infantry attacks
The game seems more realistic and accurate now
but the more you think of it the more you aknowledge how bad were the trenches

dude there were a lot of people that had to get their foot CUT OFF because of the conditions of the trenches. look up "trench foot"

Also the mustard gas and chlorine gas, and during ww1 the german trenches were much better made than the brittish because the brittish trenches would always flood and didn't have any good irrigation systems and the german trenches were actually more home like and of higher quality but during ww1 thousands of soldiers would perish just to gain only a few inches of land which is kinda sad

i remember my first time playing this game- When it was the last fight to go back to home The Screams of suffer and horror of the soldier's caught me unexpected as i Run to the Enemy trench When it all ended i was sitting there in my chair Quiet and kinda horrorized just thinkinging about been in a situacion like that
The game (Like some other's) did something Right the way of how the game related about the Harsh and cruelty reality of War No matter in what team you were It was a Hell of a fight Bything the Trenches,Mud,Barbed Wired and Bullet's flying everywhere Even people where buried in No man land and be forgotten for the eternity Lost in the Battlefield where there's was no Victory withing Two Countries Killing each other Where there was no Victory in No Man Land Just Pain,Suffer and a Team with less Soldier's
It's Horrible Utterly Horrible And Fascinating
(By the way sorry for the Bad English and Long Text if that dont make sence at all but it's my opinion of the Game lol)

All of the helms are assets, but you can find many that look like the stahlhelm, just search up german helmet that it will show up
You can search up Teutonnic guard helmet
