- The Residence Inn by Marriott is one of our top picks for Disneyland Good Neighbor Hotels. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the pool area is awesome and it has one of the best complimentary breakfasts in Anaheim. Even though it isn't the closest hotel to the park, the extra few minutes of walking time is worth it. In this video we give you a tour and an honest review of this hotel.
We should mention there are multiple Residence Inn hotels in the Anaheim area. This is the Anaheim Resort/Convention Centre location on West Katella Avenue and is about a 15 minute walk to the park.

The amenities here are fantastic! My kids loved the breakfast buffet with make your own Mickey waffles! I loved the roof top leisure area, the pool was great and the hot tub was a great size!

Hi there so I just subscribed recently and have to say you deserve so many more views and subscribers. My boyfriend and I will be going in july for our first ever trip. It'll be his first visit to disney. We will be celebrating our 10 years of being together. Which hotel do you recommend? While I'd love to stay at the disneyland hotel its wayy to pricey. Have you stayed at Paradise Pier?
First, just let me say THANK YOU đ€ you have no idea how much your comment means to us! Second, what an amazing trip to celebrate 10 years together â€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïž we are planning on staying at the Paradise Pier Hotel sometime this year but havenât been there yet.
Iâd love to make some recommendations for you guys but just want a little more info. What are you most important must haves in a hotel? For me, itâs good price, good bed and CLEAN!!! Lol some other popular things are free breaky, good pool, within 10 minute walk etc...

@@HonestHotelReviews I was looking at July, however, now I am looking at August since it appears prices do drop. Either one of those times I am looking into :)
Honestly, we LOVE going in August because it usually is cheaper and a little quieter than other summer months (especially towards the end of August).
Iâve come up with a couple suggestions at different price points.
1. Value options: Four Points or Fairfield Inn. Both are super close to the park and have have been recently updated. You can also see the fireworks from both of these hotels.
2. Mid Range Options: The Ayres Orange or the SunCoast Park Hotel. Both are outside the ten minute walk zone so you will want to Uber BUT these are WAY nicer rooms than the value option rooms and the Beds are comfy and they have couches and more space to lounge. Iâm actually putting videos out on both of these hotels in the next two weeks if you want to see what they look like.
3. If its in the budget, stay at the Residence Inn. Itâs one of our favourites hands down. It covers all the bases but is sometimes expensive.
One tip I always use is I book a refundable rate and keep an eye on prices. Many hotels drop their prices closer to the date if they have lots of empty rooms they want to fill.

How much is parking?
I usually stay at The Anaheim Marriott and love the balcony with the pool view. Do you know if Residence Inn by Marriott has a full bar like the Anaheim Marriott??
Honestly, the Anaheim Marriott has one of the best full bars and I love the pool view balconies too!!! This hotel does have a lobby bar...but it's only open in the evenings if I remember correctly...plus since it doesn't have a full restaurant style kitchen, the menu offerings a fairly basic. But I did enjoy a few early evening cocktails here before heading back to the park. I hope this helps :)
