2024 Kannapolis Cannon Ballers - The reason I love baseball! | Kannapolis, NC

Baseball is back! How nice is it to sit outside, eat peanuts, and yell at umps (😂). It was ESPECIALLY nice to do all those things at a Kannapolis Cannon Ballers game. Going to a game for them is one of my favorite things to do this time year for many different reasons. Absolutely everything about this team is so much fun but my favorite thing is the community atmosphere. This is MiLB at its best!

I have a massive dislike of baseball, but Omar hopes to change that. When I was younger I went to a game with my mom's friend and her son. Her son's little league was supposed to walk out on the field, but we didn't know when and they wouldn't tell her. So I had to use the bathroom and she wouldn't take me there until he went out on the field, for fear of missing it, but they didn't do it until after the game. 😭 Baseball is forever associated with the pain of holding it that long

Yikes. No wonder you don't like baseball. Baseball is a little more relaxing than hockey so it's nice to have a change of pace in the offseason.
