The old Cold Steel Laredo Bowie used to have a leather sheath that just had a brass knob on the front/top of the sheath. Made it perfect to slide through your belt the way you're carrying your big blades. The knob caught on the belt and held it very securely. Made it very convenient to quickly grab the blade on your way out the door. A very comfortable way to carry a big blade. I don't think they have that sheath anymore but I have 4 of the knives tucked away for a rainy day. No grandkids yet but luckily my oldest boy is a knife guy so they'll be passed down.
Man that is awesome I'll have to look into that! My son is coming around to knives My grandson however is a monster knife fan so my collection is in good hands when the time comes

I would suggest to try a HYDRA LEGIO IX I just got one.. The quality of workmanship is crazy good! Made in Spain.. Hydra knives are making incredible stuff in my opinion

I think that is my favorite knife that WTG makes next to the Wilderness Warrior Gen 2. It would be perfect if the handle was a tad bit longer for my hand size based on your description, brother.
I agree I think it would fit you a little better with a larger handle. But I absolutely adore this thing

@choirboyzcutleryoutdoors bro I have struggled most of my life when my father passed away when I was 14 when a young man needs his dad to show him the way so Instead i was just causing nothing but trouble until my son was born 13 years ago and maybe when he was around 5 or so I slipped back into the darkness and just down hill and now just a few years clean I have a great relationship with my higher power wich I call God and I am able to be here to help my mother and see my son yes things have been tough financially and life is hard but because I am clean and sober now the light can't be much brighter now and knowing that there are people just like me fighting the good fight it helps for sure and when I see your shorts and videos it helps brother it does so I thank you from the bottom of my heart God bless you one love🙏🙌💪

The Hondo is Special...I Like the Handle with the pommel wrap around, Just wondering how VERY large hands will be fit in their, as far as I'm concerned the knife looks perfect, Sharp Level is ridiculous for a Flat Grind that size, do they do a Convex Edge ?
They do a saber grind with a convex edge a lot of companies have started doing that now it's actually pretty common to me it enhances the cutting capabilities. They actually call it a microconvex
Jeremy has very large chance. But I'm thinking about taking it to work there's a couple guys there with double X hands and see what they think
