Corey's mask could be an 7s rechargeable active item, allowing you to do an small spin and avoiding bullets (but not enemies) when you use it

In Hotline Miami 1, you CAN grab weapons as Tony, his power is basically make your punchs kill instead of knockdown, which is still the most powerful mask in the game lol.
However in Hotline Miami 2, Tony is unable to use any weapons.

also he can not oneshot anything. In the first game he can't kill fat boys and dogs with his fists, and in the second game he can kill dogs with one punch, but he has to stun and execute fat guys, which is not oneshot

Tony's mask is partially incorrect.
In Hotline Miami, you still can use melees and guns, its only in Hotline Miami 2, when Tony is a seperate character, that you cant use guns.
