- Invideo AI announced an update to v2.0, which promises a list of new features and improvements over the previous model. In this Invideo 2.0 Update review & tutorial, we'll take a look at what Invideo AI listed for the v2 update, and we'll make some videos and see how the new version performs.
This is NOT a hype video. I am not going to tell you that you can type a prompt into Invideo AI and have it spit out an awesome ready-to-publish video. Plenty of others have done that and I disagree wholeheartedly.
In my review of Invideo AI prior to the update to version 2, I explained that Invideo AI can be useful for assembling videos, but editing is absolutely necessary. It's not a simple as some say. I usually want to swap out some of the media it selected, change the script (unless it's a script I provided) and often have to fix weird little things it did.
But, Invideo AI does give you a single place to develop a script, automatically find and insert stock media (and it picks some good assets, along with some that aren't so good), add an AI generated voiceover, subtitles, background music, and do some basic editing.
In this video we'll test-drive the whole process with the new v2 update by creating several videos and see what we get.

Great video. I watched it even though I already know all about Invidio because I have the pro version. I watch anyway to see if there might be other use cases or see if there's something I missed or something new to learn. I agree with you that people should stop trying to make it out to be something it really isn't. A hammer is never going to be a screwdriver, and I'm okay with that.
Well said! Has your experience with Invideo been similar to what I showed in the video?
Thanks for this
Absolutely. I hope it was helpful for you.
I really dislike AI created content on the whole , but I do like using image generators . Also bullet pointing and cleaning up my grammar on scripts I write is useful . To think AI can be as original as a person seems like over hype to me . A great explanation video as usual . congrats on getting 1,000 subs .
Thanks for the congrats! Sometimes I don't mind ai generated videos, depending on what it's about and how it's done.
I've checked out a few of your videos and your personality and voice are really strong assets you have going for you. I think you are fine to maybe use AI tools to source some visuals (like you already are) but I wouldn't want to see you let ai completely write your scripts or do the voiceovers. Just my opinion, which agrees with your point about originality. No ai is going to word things the way you do (which is really engaging) and no ai voice is going to be as good as yours.
@@excelerator wow thanks a lot.I agree
Time travel video?!?
BREAD IN THE FRIDGE AGES BREAD MAKES IT DRYER, MORE STALE AS FAR AS I'VE HEARD READ...
I did not know that. Thanks. Of course, in my house bread gets eaten way before it can get stale. Teenagers!
