I literally started taking pre workout supplement creatinine and I started bench pressing literally like 50 pounds more within 2 weeks and I was not as tired and felt way more energetic and stronger from a damn pre workout. I li😢started working out 2 hours before I was really tired before 45 minutes and I am tired. What about someone taking steroids how much of a difference will that make and his levels were 60 times higher than normal levels in the body 60 freaking times.
