Kayla you are THE comfort channel for me. Whether it’s watching you on youtube or on twitch, you always bring a smile to my face. I have been a relatively silent subscriber for years now, and you have no idea how much happiness you have brought to so many of us. My grandfather is currently in the hospital passing away from a rare cancer with his daughter (my mom) and his wife by his side. My brother and I have covid and have been stuck at home, and your videos have been such a source or positivity during this time and I just want to say thank you. I know this is very long and sentimental, but you deserve to know how much good you have brought to this world. Thank you ❤

This past year has truly been the worst of my life. My dad, who was my absolute favorite person, died January 1st 2023 (happy one year anniversary to me!) and things just kept worse from there. I have really struggled with believing that the world has anything good left to offer. Your kindness is an amazing reminder that the world definitely does have some good. I'm watching youtube trying to pass the time until the exact hour my dad died (31 minutes away) and your videos have brought me a lot of joy over the past couple of years. You're so kind and humble and you seem like such a lovely person to have in your life. Thank you for all the good you've done. I feel slightly better about 2024 knowing there are people like you out there.

As someone who has a parent who has passed from cancer, all of these cancer livestreams make me so happy. I know just how expensive chemo drugs are. My mom used to joke about how she’s getting only the best, most expensive chemo. I hope these families get the support they need and deserve.

on christmas eve this year, my aunt passed away from complications due to breast cancer. she was suffering from it for about 3 years. in the past week or so, i've BINGED your videos in whatever downtime i have and they've brought me a LOT of comfort in a time that's really hard for my family. to say that your contributions to helping those affected by cancer are just through raising money (and $555,000 is nothing to sneeze at!) you've also been a big source of positivity to me and many others i've seen piping up in the comments. you are helping so, so many people, just by creating content and being yourself.
however, to help others you have to help yourself first - so please know that your community is behind you in whatever mental health struggles you are having, whether you talk about them or not. and we'll support you whether you're posting all the time, or if you take a break! that's what community is for, and kayla, you have built a great one ◡̈

i started binge watching ur videos kinda randomly back in 2019 and i say randomly because i had never played sims before aside from the odd 5 minutes in sims mobile 😂
but ur videos honestly saved my life and i don’t say that lightly, i was struggling (and still do) lots with my mental health and couldn’t leave the house, couldn’t sleep, couldn’t eat, and the only way i could do anything was listening to ur videos and streams as almost like a podcast
4 years on, still obsessed with ur videos and now the sims too
