    very do able ... i'm 64 ....overweight ... but i love how gentle your excises are but effective ...i really love your videos ...

    I've been wanting to do your program for a few years now. I'm 71 and have musculoskeletal problems. Long story short, I did this program today, and just as I thought, I loved it. I look forward to a new weekly schedule, working in at least 2-3 days a week with you on my phone, and worship music over my head. Thanks for this program. God bless you.

    It is important for me to keep moving. This routine is at a perfect level for me. I feel better to keep it moving daily. everyday with your routine that is my favorite. I will be 74 in Sept.
