Stephen worked so hard to tone down the accent to be accepted in the West End. Forced to out himself as gay or be eaten alive by the press/certain fans. He was honorable enough to hold his head up and tell the world in his own way - and received an outpouring of love. Bet that killed a lot of salacious headlines! Then he found true friends and love. What saddened me the most; #Boyzone reunited, he missed his mates. The difference I saw in Stephen during those videos, besides the joy in his every movement, I saw an accomplished mature vocalist that could have carried a solo career. STEPHEN HAD ARRIVED! My heart aches for his friends (especially his 2 lady friends - his besties) and his family. To his husband, I won't pretend to know how you feel, but I know how I felt when my husband of a mere 2 years (together 5) died unexpectedly. Please close your eyes and feel the hug containg so much love I am sending. Even if years pass before you're aware, that love will be kept safe in the universe and will be every bit as strong as the emotion I'm sending to comfort you. God's blessings always 💜
