Boys, as hard as it might seem at the moment, stay strong as I'm sure Steo wouldn't want any of you to be sad for the rest of your lives. As they say "the show must go on". All your friends and family, and especially us (your fans) will be your support network whenever you need us to be, and will be there for you to help you through this. Stephen was such a beautiful person, both inside and out, and we all treasure what he left behind. Steo is short for Stephen. In Dublin it's common for names to be shorten down especially male names. Example men called Patrick will be called Pat or Paddy. Thomas is Tommy or Tom. Michael is Mick. I personally don't like how they call Stephen Gately Steo. It sounds horrible and in his Boyzone days he was always known to fans as Stephen.

I think I have been very fair with what I seen but some people can't see the woods for the trees. Why would anyone want this on camera its far to personal to have on screen maybe later on looking back who would want that?

He died of Pulmonary Odema due to an undiagnosed heart condition.
