Rubavu: President Kagame comforts flood victims in person, visits devastated areas & infrastructure

- Rwanda's President Paul Kagame toured different sites, including households, schools and infrastructure in Rubavu district - WesternProvince which were damaged by floods after River Sebeya burst its banks following heavy rains on May 2 - 3, 2023.The Head of State promised disaster-affected residents of Western Province that the government will do whatever it takes to ensure that they go back to their homes safely.

I am Ugandan but after visiting Rwanda in Kigali and learnt what Rwanda went through, I now give much respect to President Kagame. He is a true President who loves his people.
