JUST A HEADS UP FOR ANYONE NEW TO BUYING GERMAN ZINC COINS.
NOT THE BRASS OR COPPERS JUST ZINC SO FAR.
LOOK VERY VERY CLOSELY at YOUR COINS GUYS.
get your camera out use sunlight with zoom take pics at every angle itl soon show up IF THERE. its a blue colour but DARK GREY IN REGULAR LIGHTING.
Take lots of pics with sun...they tend to be dark colour to appear high grade.
MOST IV SEEN FLOATING AROUND ARE MODIFIED.
If Graded ID Guarantee A lot Would Fail.
iv sold them for over 15years
IV RECENTLY RECEIVED X5 ZINC 5S & 10S ALL PAINTED WITH MODEL PAINT.
THEY SEEM TO BE COMMING OUT OF HUNGARY GERMANY. AS IV NOTIVCED A LOT OF OTHER COINS BY OTHER SELLERS
VERY SIMILAR TO ONES IV GOT. THEY WILL BE WORN BUT ALSO SHINY AND HAVE A BRAND NEW KIND OF LOOK TO THEM AS WELL.
There grading these coins to.
Paint work under sunlight is Obvious.
look for blotchy patch ups and colour diffractions bad ones to as paint has filled in detail of coins.

My uncle befriended a German in the mid 70’s who fought in WW2. When the German died in the late 80’s he left my uncle some 3rd Reich coins. When my uncle died in 2017, he left me the 3rd Reich coins. The coins are very neat looking and I like owning a few pieces of history.
I find that the best collections are ones handed down in the family. Hope your collection gets handed down for generations to come.

I own a 1 Reichspfenning from 1941. It's a fine coin, it's a bit grimy but the eagle and Swastika, as well as the number and markings are still clear. I'm not a Nazi, I'm a historian. I study history and am a coin collector.
I do not feel you have to justify why you own a nazi coin. Lots of people do as it was a sad but interesting part of history.

I have a small collection of USSR coins and today I received 4 small bronze Nazi coins 2-1937 2-1939 the feeling of holding these coins from such an infamous period of history is crazy like you said what these coins represent is evil but we can agree these coins are outstanding

I have the 1 and 2 reichsmark. I got them from ebay. Are they suppose to feel so light? Almost like paperweight
They are not heavy coins.
I like the 2 and 5 reichsmark coin because they were not inculcated for very long so the coins are in good condition. I have been trying to get some pfennigs coins but what people want just for one of them is ridiculous
Where are you? You could easily Trade some with regular Germans. It is Not that Hard to get some here in Germany.

I bought a ww1 trench art tin in a box of old carpenters tools in the 90s. As a teen, I bought them for the tin at a great price (20 bucks) It's bronze I should say. Anyway, sold the tools to my friends dad who was thrilled to have found the tools, and profited a cool 800 bucks. The bronze is about the side of a post card and about an inch deep. Hand made hinge and some aok leaves and crown engraved on the inside of the lid. On the outside are soldered from left to right side 2 pfenig coin, a (.260) cal round of some sort, two full shells in an x shape, a different caliber bullet, and a British coin. It's so beat up, and cool. Definately ww1 Era.

That is fake, all the Italian coins of 1943 have Vittorio Emanuele III, and gold 20 Liras stopped being issued in 1923, and sent to a silver coin.

Made in the 1970's. Anyway they were never used in Italy in the 1920s.
Look nicer than euros. I know why euros got to look somewhat generic (multiple countries use them), but still...
Some Euro coins are ok, like Malta, others are crap, like Belgium. The pre German unification coins are pretty nice.

How true is that an old coins can be sell at a big amount of money? I have various old foreign coins.But the problem .I dont know where to sell the coins.
That is rarely the case. You might get 1 in a 1000 that is worth a little money, but will hardly get coins worth 10k.
