If you ever get a chance to try Mizuno boxing boots, I'd recommend them. I had a black and gold pair after seeing Marquez rock them against katsidis.
You know what, you already had an Adam's copy of the mizuno boot.
But the Mizuno is a way better quality shoe
yeah I wish I could rock some mizunos... have worn their running shoes for years but the boxing shoes don't go bigger than a size 11 in men's and I'm a 13. same with Japanese ASICS, and Winning shoes

Oh no!!!! I just bought the addidas speedex 18 😫. I should have waited for this video. Great video as always!
You made a good choice with the speedex 18. I have them in white and theyre so damn comfy. Theyre lightweight,comfortable and have a spongy cushion at the back of the ankle that keeps the shoe snug and provides ankle support.

How are you brother. Loved your videos you responded to my comment recommending me the the onx gloves and I love them. I just had ankle surgery and want some shoes where I could get a lot of ankle support to do some sparring and some training. My gym has regular mma mats but I’ll be using them in a rubber floor at la fitness as well. Any good suggestions? Thank you for the videos!!
I love the Nike hyper ko 2 they are very comfortable I’m 6 months into training and got them and went up half a size bc they are not made for wide feet .
have u used many different focus mitts? Ive used only rdx and everlast. The everlast were horse shit and the rdx are nice. I have 2 different styles of rdx focus mitts and i like them but i was wondering if theres any mitt that stands out to u

New to your channel! Love your content. Subscribed. I have a question, I’m moving into boxing from my background in Shotokan and Muay Thai so I’ve never used shoes for combat or training before. I have a question about the Everlast which I’m seriously considered buying. I wear a size 12 shoe usually but since they don’t come in 1/2 sizes would you recommend me trying out the 12s or going to the 13?
Everlast really did come out with the perfect shoes. Except for the velcro strap that’s useless. Definitely in my top 3 with Adams and Lonsdale.

Like them a lot, takes some breaking in but the lace up system is definitely improved

I’d say it has a little cushioning
The Everlast shoes are good but my son sweats alot and the red die from the shoes keeps staining his white socks. I thought maybe this would stop after a bit but turns out this is a continuous problem. Other than that they are great boxing shoes. Plus you can catch a good deal on them from time to time!!!!

Would you recommend Hayabusa for footwork I got everlast and the quality on them was terrible the material is falling apart and laces are getting dirty it seems like the black paint is coming off and bleeding on the laces because they're very dirty so I want to try something that'll last heavy footwork and sparring and so I'm thinking about getting Hayabusa do you agree?

The hyper Ko 2 have cheap material holding the top four shoe lace loops. Mine started breaking early on

I really wanted to love the Hayabusa shoes but my right foot would go numb whenever I put my weight on my back leg. Had to sell them.
(Also way too much padding for me, I like my shoes flatter with less padding. It has like two soles a thick and thin one. I had to take the thick sole out)

If you’re comfortable in them theyre ok, but the sole is too thick to feel any feedback
So hard getting hold of shoes in 2022, but, what do you think is best this year? HyperKOs, Reebok etc are all non existent.
