When bands have a unique sound and nobody comes close is a mark of their genius.
LA Woman is nothing but banger after banger - one of my favorite albums of all time.
Perfect vibe for today. Everything blends together perfectly in this song. Love the guitar part. Thanks guys! 🇺🇦
I went through a big phase of Jim Morrison and the Doors in the late 80s, while in college. Love them. I had posters books of Jim’s poetry, biographies. Funny to think, at the time, “the 60s” seemed like such a distant time. In reality, it was only about twenty years earlier! Like, the 2000s would be to today. I think it’s because, at the time, 20 years was my entire lifetime and before my birth so it seemed so much older, not during my lifetime. Weird.
Strange thing time, I was a huge Doors and Velvet Underground fan in the late 70`s. It was less than 10 years since they were making music but it seemed like distant past. Nowadays the 80`s and 90`s feel about 6 months ago.

Time keeps moving faster and faster. It'll never stop accelerating.
I was 13 when Light My Fire came out.
Absolutely true. 20 years seemed forever ago when you're young. Then next thing you know 40 years ago seems like ot was just yesterday. Funny how that works ❤️
The longer you live the shorter it takes to reach the final busstop.@@Spicuzza568
I love the carnival style piano/organ by Ray Manzarek in this!
The guitarist (ROBBY KRIEGER) wrote this song because he and his girlfriend would always argue which lead to her "WALKing OUT THE DOOR." Yet he still loved her.
"Don't you love her as she's walking out the door."
The Doors were amazing, what a time to be alive!
Yes it was. I was in my teens in the 70's. Grew up with this music & saw so many great bands & artists. I wouldn't trade being alive then for the world.
One of those songs that MAKES YOU MOVE!! One of my favorite Doors songs! LOVE the groove. ❤
From the very beginning, like their first album in 1967, John Densmore had a great, full sound on drums that was very noticeable. Dude is a great drummer.
🎸💯🤯 The Doors KILLED IT‼🔥❤
RIP Jim Morrison. ❤🕊🙏
Played their music from day one! They sounded so different than most of the other bands… in a good way!!
Morrison had such an amazing voice and presence. The LA vibe of this song is unmistakable. Gotta love it!
Two of my favorites of the Doors are "Twentieth Century Fox" and "Soul Kitchen"
Always loved this track. Listening to The Doors is like being on a fast moving train that is heading to somewhere adventurous & alive.
L.A. Woman - what an album! Oh man I love that album.
Los Angeles was on fire in 1971 when this album came out. Probably the best place to be on the planet at that moment in time.
This was written by Robbie Krieger. Same thing with Light My Fire.
Jim Morrison was a great songwriter & poet. Gone too soon. I had a mad crush on him was I was 12 in 1970. Gone too soon. RIP JIM 🙏💔✌🌻🌻
On of their best rockers, and everyone shines equally in it, guitar, organ, drums and bass with Jim floating his song over it all, a great Doors track.
Great song, enjoyed your reactions.
Enjoy the music you select and your reactions. Always listen to your reactions and enjoy your enthusiasm of the music! Music from my childhood, teen years and party years👏🏼 And still listening to these songs. Thanks 😊
Love the Doors, my older brother turned me on to them in the 70's. There are so many more you can react to from their catalog. Can't wait to see more reviews from you!
Great song ,nice review, just like Jim ,I love all the Ladys, live in France ,close to him.
Merci.
Loved your reaction to the album, guys, and found your comments really interesting. Some songs I liked more than others, which is often the case re albums. I really like this song though, very upbeat, catchy and a good vibe. I definitely agree with what you said about Riders on the Storm which was the last song on the album. A real mysticism about it and a song I've listened to many times. The Doors sound is very distinctive and they were an amazing band with a great catalogue of songs. Jim Morrison's voice is so recognisable - he was a great singer indeed. Thanks so much for this reaction, guys. Take care now and all the best.
I love that this channel has made you such huge Doors fans. I , like Patik, was always wearing my Doors shirt in college almost 11 years ago when I became a fan at 21. Please listen to the Matrix recordings those are early live shows with some hidden gems.
The great great Jerry Scheff on bass. Thanks boys.
"The Changeling" is my favorite from this same album. 🎸☮️
Thanks for the great reaction, guys! Love your channel! I've been thinking a lot about you two during this sad time in Ukraine. It makes me think of the brief war your country had around 2008 with Russia. Hope that never happens again! Keep up the great music reactions and know that this American is behind all the independent countries that broke away from Russia. Stay safe!
That is my favorite Doors song for sure.
Not suitable for reaction videos, but you guys should check out Jim Morrison's album "An American Prayer", where he showcases his poetic side. The music is still by The Doors. It is an experience.
Hello guys, I just subscribed to your channel and I enjoy watching your reactions. You guys are very genuine and have positive attitudes. Thank you for your videos. Cheers
Oh, yeah. I can feel it…. Summertime…. Driving…. Top down…. In the wind…. Sunshine shinin’…… it’s a VIBE!
Got to love The Doors .... My cousin!!!! 💖💖
I watched the full album reaction on Patreon….loved it!! You guys are fun to watch even on one song, but it’s such a treat to see you both with a full album!!! 😀😀😀😀😀 Thank you!!
great bassline by Mr. Scheff.
I haven't started the video yet. This is The Doors at their best.
My grandpa on my mother's side was from Georgia! Like your reviews!
Love the poppie organ in this ! "Roadhouse Blues" if you haven't done it yet!
He’ll yeah bros! I saw the Doors in ‘06 man they were still great. No Jim, but I was so close to the stage I could smell Ray M. Leather jacket lol. Robby still played like he was 20. Thx guys once again for your videos. Rock on!!¡
My favorite doors song is"touch me".
Easily their catchiest song! So, so good!
Confusion is totally understandable ! That was Jim ! Jim was a wild cat and if he had much to do with what songs were on the album, it is anyone's guess why did why . . . lol Jim was a thinking man's musician. Jim was a poet and music was his medium. My sister saw The Doors about '69 or '70 at the Fillmore East in NYC. Wall to wall/shoulder to shoulder of New York's Finest lined the interior theater just waiting for Jim to pull something wild. He has just been arrested in Florida days earlier for apparently exposing himself. Nothing out of control happened at The Fillmore that evening. So COOL that my Awesome Sister saw The Doors live !!!!
Yeah Jimbo ...🎶🎵🎶🎹🎸🤘
Land Ho... Grandma loved a sailor .. who sailed the frozen sea... Grandpa was that Sailor... and he put me on his knee.... said son I am going crazy... from living on the land.... got to find my shipmates.... and walk a foreign sand
Now that you have done the 3 classics from the album (LA Woman is my favorite Doors song and album), you should now post the 3 rawest and bluesiest on the album: Been Down So Long, Cars Hiss by My Window, and the great cover of John Lee Hooker's Crawling King Snake...
And, WE WANT MORE of YOU guys!!😆😁😁
Nice Shirts! 😀
Every one likes Love Her Madly ,it is just that good.. "L'America" , that one always was a hard one to like at times but It is a fav now like most of them ..
One of my favorite Doors tunes,,,👍👍👍😎
A great Doors song! Have you guys heard 'Light My Fire" yet? Another Doors classic, for sure!
The Great Jimbo.
Classic Doors vibe. Love it!!
If you Bros ever get to the United States, you MUST visit Venice Beach, CA - the birthplace of the Doors. Forget Disneyland or Disney World, forget Hollywood, Beverly Hills. You will want to visit Venice Beach!
You should do a full live concert...
The Doors Live ✌😎
@ The Isle Of Wight Festival, UK 1970
You will be another member in a crowd that was larger than...
Woodstock... somewhere north of 600,000 ( Far-out Man 😎)
Have you listened to The Doors' 'Alabama Song?' It's one of their odder numbers (which is saying something) with really odd syntax and tone.
If you need more you must react on "Maggie McGill" because this is a another amazing song of them. Many greetings from Hamburg, germany !
Legendary album
You should listen to Love Street by the Doors. It's a great song.
Touch Me
Not one of my upper tier Doors songs, but I like the lively beat and uplifting tone to it.
There are some english songs/cover from pakistan
Love to see your reaction on them
"Resistance
Sweet child of mine
Love me again"
these are some of the english songs/covers from "nescafe basement" pakistan.
👍👍👍
dudes, the whole album is great, you are still on side one, you still have CHANGELING and THE CARS HISS BY MY WINDOW, and side 2, there's HYACINTH HOUSE, L'AMERICA, CRAWLING KING SNAKE.
MR. MOJO RISIN’
Bros! I wonder if I can persuade you to check out an artist I have not seen ANY reactors cover. It’s a two person female band called Tatu. I think they are German? Two songs: It’s All About Us and All The Things You Said. Love to know what you think and I know you are both very open minded musically. Find videos that feature them as that is part of the appeal, you’ll see. Thanks and keep up the great work!
This was written by the guitarist not Jim Morrison
Please listen to The Cramps already. Lux Interior was a legend
Be safe, guys. We're concerned over the situation in Ukraine.
Just kidding ..... I wish he was my cousin!!!!!
You guys live near Ukraine. Tell us about it we want to know.
Can you please react to Sting - "Russians"(original video)?
YES YES YES Perfect choice When he was older in Russia and performed this song also gives me chills Live in Moscow
A great tune indeed! Awful hard to pick a fav......
I know I'll get shit for this but I find The Doors like I find The Who...their Hits are outstanding, better than most but after that it's a no listen for me. take this track for example...GREAT !
SECOND!
Jim Morris gone to soon.
👍👍👍👍👍
