I want a new real tomb raider game with classic lara

If only the woke crap would go away. "Women can do it....but this character doesn't look like man, we will have to change that.....ok our character is fat and probably a shemale, that is perfect".
I'd rather replay the classic PS1 games. In fact, that's what I did last year. TR has been on life support for the past years.
I did as well. And, I might add, I had a GREAT time with them!

Wouldn’t it be better to have a Classic Collection with the first 5 games plus the Gold editions of TR 1-3 for all systems including Xbox and Switch cuz I think a collection like that would do immensely well on Switch.

I can tell you, she becomes a protector of artefacts, so the opposite of a Tomb raider. She will hold a fundraiser in croft manor for artifact repatriation, (the return of cultural items or individuals that were removed from their homeland) it has been shown in the powerwash dlc. So I guess we can say Lara croft is no longer a tomb raider.

that's not Tomb Raider ... she's isnt Lara ... im a 29yo italian guy that grow up with TR, i still remember when i was a kiddo, how much i loved the History thanks to Lara, someway she inspired me, im happy to see that TR is still in memories of ppl, but i miss the old game way ... please remaster them at least (not like FF VII Remake) ...

She won't be an anti hero.... they literally said this in that powerwash game. Look up a stream where they clean the maze, Lara explains that she will hold a fundraiser in croft manor to bring artifacts back to were they belong😑
Sadly that’s not the case cuz they’re essentially turning Lara into an activist with her returning artifacts to their place of origin and hosting fundraisers which is completely against anything the OG Lara Croft would even think of doing.

There are literal wars out there, people starving, m*rdering each other and first world society has nothing better to do than making developers afraid to maintain an anti-hero character, because they‘d cancel a game that doesn’t fit into their view. @@matt_schepampe what’s even more sad is that people who never even played a Tomb Raider game in their life are saying that stealing from dead people is something that Lara would never ever do even though she has done it on multiple occasions and the title of the series “Tomb Raider” is essentially a fancy way of saying Grave Robber which is what Lara Croft is with the only difference being is that real life Tomb Raiders/Grave Robbers usually sell the stuff they find for profit while Lara on the other hand doesn’t do that and keeps them in a type of trophy room proudly displaying her achievements.

This is not a classic, this is a mobile trash.
Way to go devs. Why do you constantly feel it is necessary to dumb her down, make her ugly, or make her powerless? What have you got against strong, sexy, capable women? You can’t just throw anyone in that iconic outfit and expect it to work out. The only thing that I might like about this game is the chibi look. Otherwise, she simply does not look pretty at all.

really wish we could get an old school Tomb Raider for console/pc. was never fan of the reboots, they did away with the whole feel of the original franchise. i don't need tank controls, but i'd love more acrobatic gunplay with tense situations, freely being able to swan dive anywhere and more free from platforming. instead we got gender bent Nathan Drake. meh.
