I love Jesus so much. Almost one year ago I devoted my life to Him. As the days turned into months I began to be overwhelmed with this fear that my spiritual fire would burn out. You know how people get saved and are on fire, only to fall away or lose their zeal. I prayed everyday that this fire would not go away or lessen. I can say almost one year later that I love Him more than the first day. Its actually gotten better because I have matured and am not as easily shaken. The Lord really does answer prayer.

No Name Yet. Amen. Glory be to God. Everything you said proves you were chosen a long time ago. Even before you became physical God choose you. How do I now? Because on July 4th, 1976 when I was only 26 years old. I gave my life to Christ. I was on fire for Christ. Then I fell away just like you did. However, I would, later on, tell the Lord how sorry I was and I was forgiven. Now I AM 69 years old in August of 2022. All doubts are totally gone. I am fully convinced that "Christ is the way, The Truth, And the Life. No man Comes To The Father Except Through Him." (John 14:6). Amen.
I pray that you keep it as well, keep yourself surrounded by servants of Yeshua and stay away from negative saints that Satan may try and use to extinguish your fire for God. Those people may very well be at church, focus on Yeshua and what he us doing in your life.

Thank you Dr. Barnett, considering the day that I'm having this was really wonderful to hear. With each passing day and especially with each birthday, I really don not fear death that much anymore as I know what is waiting for me.
I am beginning to firmly believe that God gives we Christians trials and difficulties in this life so that we pray and focus on him, but also see how evil the world truly is as well as giving us the ability us the ability to see his redemptive and saving works.
I see many questionable Christians who seems to have very few difficulties in their life. They too live very affluent lives without never any money problems. Then I see the very dedicated Christian who has to endure a live of misery, pain and grief. This confused me as a young Christian, by now I see it is to keep the good people focused on the Lord. Reading Luke Chapter 6:20-26 the Lords tells us that the rich have their reward, but blessed are the poor.
Thank you again for this as I remember from Pastor David Wilkerson from years ago. He said that God is so great that if you try to figure Him out, you'll go insane. Then he said that God is so amazing and so infinite that He will show us His wonders and secrets for millions of years to come.

Give yourself credit.. A God who slays every living thing including newborn children is less moral than you.. You are better than that.
All have sinned and come short. God gave us a way to be supernaturally restored back to Him. After the fall all humans born were born into a sin nature. Jesus Loves you with a Love we cannot wrap our brains around. To whom the spirit calls and that person responds by admitting they are a sinner and in their hearts they want to turn from their sin, they can confess to God that they believe Jesus Died on The Cross and was Raised 3 days later and God will save them. Then we should request to be Baptized, this will then show everyone that you Trust Jesus, your public confession that you have trusted in Jesus. This is easy, the hard part is making that first step to Salvation, answering the knock at your hearts door. That person will then be changed, old things will pass away and all things will become new. This supernatural event creates a New man or Woman in a nano second. We must trust in Jesus’s work at the Cross as being all that is needed for eternal life. Our good deeds and good works will be judged as to why we chose to do those good works. A zealous new convert will usually volunteer for everything that is happening because they are so excited about what has happened to them. This is never good, the works are for self and not for God. These type works will be burned however the good hearted works will receive a crown, rewards from Jesus. Our salvation is eternal the second we confess Jesus as Lord. Everything thereafter will be judged at the judgement seat of our Christ Jesus. If you decide to pray to Jesus, receiving His Free Gift of Salvation do not allow anyone to convince you that you can lose your eternal salvation. Salvation for any who answer the Masters Call is sealed until the day of redemption. Our good works cannot get us into relationship with The Great I AM, Jesus. Only trusting in what Jesus did at the Cross will give us eternal life in the Kingdom of God. To trust in our own good works is blasphemous, it takes away from the Lamb of God, Jesus. Jesus is the way, The Truth and The Life, no man can enter in to the Kingdom of God any other way, only through the Christ, The Lamb of God, Jesus stands at the door and Knocks, who ever hears the knock and opens the door shall be saved. This is the Born Again Experience, we are truly Born Again, our spirit man or woman has been made new, we have been resurrected with Jesus for all eternity. In fact, the dimension where Jesus resides and Gods Kingdom is constructed has no time, time is nonexistent. We cannot understand this dimension at all, it blows our minds to delve into a timeless dimension, there is one and those who have accepted the Works of Jesus, His Free Gift of Salvation will experience this dimension, SOON... Jesus is knocking otherwise you wouldn’t care about sin in your life. God Bless You.

abundance and eternal kingdom.

Wow, what neat group of people, very thought provoking without being nasty to each other, I believe I can learn a lot from your comments, I'm 60yrs of age, Christian off and on , however as of late I'm very much back to being a Christian, wish I could go back to church, really miss it, every single time I try another one someone says God is in this house , but not in that one across the street....at 18 yrs of age I started bible collage and the first month I was kicked out, the professor said in front of the class making reference to loving Jesus, he said only stupid people love Jesus or something to that effect, I was the only one to stand up to say that I loved Jesus, and that he was the fool....was I wrong....I miss the singing, the fellowship, but now worship on my own....thank you every one...it's not been an easy road however, but I'm staying with Christ this time for good, I've learned to stop listening to people and looking at the word...pray every day for answers and it's amazing...what comes my way...plus if you guys seen what I learned in church back in the early 70s , it's all coming true now..again thank you.

Is it possible that what he was saying was to believe in Jesus's teachings, but not to worship him as an idol?
I'm just curious, of course I wasn't there, so I have no idea what was actually said and inherently meant by said words.
Now I am grateful that Jesus reached a point of awareness in his life, to know that he was (is) of the source of all things - god. With this awareness, he passed on great teachings, and became a legend of sorts. I also think there were others who too came to a similar state of enlightenment as he did, to which they also passed on teachings the same like Jesus.
That being said, I think a lot of christians look at Jesus like he's the door bouncer at the greatest club to get into - heaven. If that's the case, then I have another question about living the type of life of good deeds gets you through the door.
Let's say, we have two people for an example:
One grew up in a poor household, parents didn't really care, were abusive and such, and this kid grew to be a young adult, using drugs, hurting people to get their fix, and generally bad person, who got into trouble with the law, and went to jail over violence and , maybe throw in a couple murder charges. This person only "cares" about his self, at the expense of anyone else around him (just decided to make this person a 'he').
He's been having a rough time in prison, getting into fights, more drugs, but then some sort of catalyst happens to him - he was about to get killed by an inmate, when a new rehab employee, saves him. He now has a friend. He starts to talk and learn from this friend. This friend teaches him about Jesus and what he learned from the bible about Jesus. This man is really taking it to heart, the teachings of Jesus, and it is making quite a difference in him. He really starts to improve, making more friends, helping other inmates out where he can, and becoming a caring individual. He dropped all the drug usage, and doesn't start fights anymore.
Not before too long, he happens to walk in on a scene where a fellow inmate is getting beaten hard, and he steps in to stop the guy, and gets stabbed, and ends up dying trying to save the beaten man.
His new belief is now that he will go to heaven, because he now believes in Jesus.
Person Two:
This man lives somewhere in some tribe that most modern humans don't know about. This tribe has their own traditions and beliefs as one could expect. They live in relative harmony with their surroundings. The people of this tribe always help each other out, and work together for their common good. This one man, grew up like the others in his tribe, to hunt, and build and help take care of the elders and such. He plays with his mates, and lives a pretty good life. He has a "wife" and children, and all is pretty much good. Of course, there is always a little discipline here and there when children or whoever gets a little out of line, like when the 5 year old thinks it's funny to throw his food at hit sister to tease her.
So this man has lived a good life, never hurt anyone unless in self defense, or maybe tribal training between brothers. But he essentially lives by the same basic principals as what Jesus had taught, except he'd NEVER heard of Jesus.
Years later, he passes away as an elder, having done a lot of good for his tribal community. They all loved and respected him.
Now, is it believed that this man will not be going to "heaven", simply because he didn't even know about Jesus and thus didn't have the notion to believe in him? I mean, he arguably did WAYYY more good in his life than the guy #1.
Guy #1, spent most of his life, hurting others and himself, and only in the end, did he do anything positive in his life, yet the logic seems to be that since at the end, he became aware and believed in Jesus, so he gets to go to a better place, while with the same logic, guy #2, goes to hell because he never "knew" Jesus...
This is why I think what's really important, is Jesus's teachings - NOT so much the emphasis on the person doing the teaching. But to live by the teachings like Jesus apparently did, instead of just preaching, is a big difference too. I don't see believing in Jesus as the way to get up to the next level after death.
Now there is a another part to this whole concept. Guy #2 did well in his life, and maybe didn't need to be human again, and was high enough in love and level of consciousness that he stayed in the next level, "heaven". But what about guy #1? Let's change his story a little bit, and pretend he didn't actually kill anyone, but did hurt a lot of people. He went to prison, and within a year or so, got killed. Never got the "chance" to hear of Jesus. He had a rotten life, but as I'd like to think, should have had chances to improve throughout his life. How about a do over? Another chance in another life to try again to get it right, and learn to love instead of hate. Why? well, eternity in hell, and eternity in heaven, are both.. eternity. Forever.
Now how does eternity pale in comparison to such a short time we humans live for? You can't compare the two time frames. With that in mind, many believe you only live once, so make what you do with that life, matter, because it will determine where you go after death, FOREVER. If you hurt a bunch of people in your one life, then you go to hell for the remainder of your souls existence? That seems a little unreasonable and not so logical to me. That's like doing one bad deed, and being tortured forever as a pay back for that one bad deed you did. But life doesn't necessarily work that way. Quite often, we get chances to make up for negative things we've done in our lives. Wouldn't it then make sense that a bigger picture of reality (beyond death), is that we get other chances (other lives) to try make up for what we've done in the past (lives)? To me that seems much more likely.
I mean, there is the whole idea, that you don't actually have a soul. What if you ARE a soul, that has a body?
I feel that the enemy is so prideful that he knows completely that he has lost but he would never back down from his rebellion and brings everyone that lets him.

Wish I was as educated as you people, but the reason I became a Christian is the things I seen as a child, later as a teen I dated a so called white witch, the things that happened around her made me run back to church very fast....I started going to church at five by myself, I had to walk all the way across town, because my parents told me Jesus was just a man, I told them he was Gods son, I was most happy when in church as a child, before I started to hear what some in the church were talking about, I was around 18 yrs at that time and left church ...moved out west to go to bible college, which ended up a nightmare also....went to different churches to find one that fit me, but always found something not right with the people, I wish I knew back then what I know now, people always ruin everything that's beautiful and turn it bad.

Larry Long good point! I'm going to remember this! There is something I'm wondering.... In the book of Daniel, the 70 appointed weeks are weeks of 7 years, and this is clear to everybody I think. But in Genesis, when God says he created everything in 6 days, do you realize that God, if he wanted, could have taken what to him is 6 days, and told us it is 6 days... but 6 days to him, not to us... so, it could be 6 litteral solar days, or it could be 6 figuratives days... and scientifically, time passes at different speeds based upon your speed and the mass around you... and I can tell you speeds of matter and masses were certainly varying greatly at creation.... it could be 6 litteral days, or it could be 6 "prophetic" days, similarly as in the book of Daniel...

In Daniel, notice that the "anointed one will be cut off (killed)" midway through the week. We have been taught that he was killed on Friday, but the Bible claims that it occurred on Wednesday. Also, since God gave "the anointed one" a full week (7 years) to accomplish his mission, what happened to the last 3 1/2 years? The first 3 1/2 took place from 28 until 31 AD. If God keeps his word, then Jesus would have been given another 3 1/2 years after his resurrection to complete his work. This would explain why he asked his disciples to sell their garments and buy weapons before his death (he believed he would free Judea from Roman occupation), but turned the group into a religious sect after his resurrection. This 3 1/2 years also accounts for the short time when an unknown man named Cephus ran the Jerusalem Church just prior to it being run by James, the brother of Jesus. Also, the "day" mentioned in Genesis comes from the ancient Aramaic, and it means TIME. Therefore each "day" of creation refers to a specific TIME, AGE, or EON of creation. Likewise, the ancient textual and sub-textual meaning behind "day" and "night" should be understood to mean "chaotic darkness" and "orderly illumination". Each stage of creation, therefore, should have begun with a period of destruction, chaos and darkness before it was transformed, over time, into something orderly, bright and perfect. Since none of these ages matches our 24-hour day, we can now see that God continues with His period of rest, leaving Jesus to act as our intermediary. good video but i have a small correction nowhere does the bible say that the earth rotates. in fact it says the earth is unmovable and stands on 4 pillars, and that it is gods footstool, a footstool that rotates would be useless so if you are going to teach the bible it would be good to stick to the bible and stop buying into science. in joshua 10-12 to 14 it says that joshua gave 2 commands and god made them come true. he said sun stand still over Gibeon, and you, moon, over the Valley of Aijalon. and they both stood still after god granted true joshuas words. now if the earth really does rotate even if the sun and the moon stood still they would soon spin out of sight through the horizon because the earth also rotates, so joshua would of had to add a 3rd command and say earth be still, but he didnt because its not the earth that moves, it is only the sun and the moon that move as commanded by god in genesis so that they can be utilized as signs for times, seasons, and years, and this is all biblical. anything else outside of this is man made bs science, if you want to preach science you might as well teach evolution and reduce yourself to being a monkey because thats what you are in their great knowledge.

Wrong. Our planet is perfect for humans because we are adapted to live on this planet. Aliens would be perfectly adapted to live on whatever planet it is they come from. If life doesn’t have to be carbon based, there could literally be life everywhere. We just can’t travel far enough to study it. Even then earth is not perfect for life. We have had many ELE’s on this planet. Active volcanos wiping life out. Asteroid strikes. Ice ages, etc. We have terrible storms and other natural events that are not conducive for life. Tony Forrester yeah, I caught that too, I’ve read the Book of Job and it clearly states the Earth is set on Pillars and is Unmovable. Also God stretch a line upon the face or surface of the earth. Isaiah states the circle of the earth. I think he inserted that in support of science cosmology. The Bible says in Genesis the firmament is over the stars, sun and moon. Or at least in the firmament. You won’t find anywhere the Bible states rotation around the sun or axis because it’s not there. A lot of Christians say they don’t support evolution but they except cosmology evolution as it relates to its lay out. I have a hard time with that!!

When I was in Catholic seminary I had to defend myself against other seminarians. The catechism now supports belief in aliens.
Belief in aliens with spiritual life.
There is a spectacular document explaining God being a Being of Love, (love we understand sorely little of), and just as the earth is populated with millions of species, so is the universe.
The document I speak of is not in the catechism.
But our spiritual life and growth must reach a point where we can embrace the idea that beings of different planets are intelligent and deeply spiritual.
Thus we must be willing to grow and adapt our understanding of our Supreme Being.
Remember, God is not Human, God is God. Only one of God.
So immeasurably unending that our entire understanding of God is one droplet in one stream moving toward a entire ocean we've divided into "ocean areas" because it is so immense. I'm still watching the documentary, I hope it is based on and balanced in the appropriate passages that do exist in our Bible's and most importantly, in the original texts.

We Are One...
I had a dream that had, Jesus on the cross. We were on a mountain. There was a huge valley below. I was in front of Him, and I was wearing shiny silver armor, on my chest and something very long and bright white underneath. I had a sword, that was between my legs as if I was on guard facing the valley. My back was facing the Lord, and I could see the Lord, in my mind, as if I was staring at, Him. I had my hands on the hilt of the sword as it was pointing towards the ground. A football fields length away, there was a black, empty void, of evil. It was like a huge wall of evil cloud. It was coming towards us and it told me in my mind, to step aside. My right arm extended and my finger pointed at it, with no hesitation and the most powerful, deep, commanding, thunderous voice, boomed out of my mouth, ”WEEEEEEE ARRRRRRRRE ONNNNNNNNNE!” I, immediately opened my eyes, because the voice was so powerful and the second, I became conscious, I heard the same powerful voice saying... ”ONNNNNNNNNNE!” as I, was sitting up in my bed pointing at my wall and the walls vibrating. My wife was awakened and heard the voice coming out of me. There is no possible way for a human, to make that tone and sound. I found out in scripture….

I never knew the word then, as I am learning now. I was awakened to see the truth and He, is the truth. I was reborn of the Spirit on November 24, 2016. It was an amazing feeling and a heavenly scent, I will never forget. I have felt the HOLY SPIRIT tingle and my hairs rise on my body before, but not like this. I felt love, a love so perfect and pure. A love so divine and beautiful that I pray I never forget. It filled my entire body, every molecule of my very being. I smelled a scent of purity, if that makes sense? Like an aroma of flowers or something so fresh. I smell it when I am in prayer and my 3 year old, has told me, it comes from me, haha. I don't know, but all that I, was before, was gone and is gone. All my pain, anger, loss, emptiness, rage and not knowing love, because my heart was sealed with a wall of stone...anything and everything that is not from God, was gone. I tried to listen to my heart as my wife explained for me to do and silence my mind. God speaks through our heart and soul and the enemy speaks through your mind. So I laid down to listen to my heart and silence my mind and I was awake, but closed my eyes...then I saw this white light, as I saw the heavens open up in my bedroom ceiling and this beautiful living light appeared in the shape of a Dove, that was wavering towards me. I quickly opened my eye's and closed them, open, closed, open, closed and it was getting closer and bigger. I then could see it was alive and as it wavered, to best describe it, how it moved, with the opening and closing of His wings. With each waver, I felt that same exact feeling of love, of mercy and grace fill me, like a heartbeat. It filled me and was renewing and rewiring me. I finally fell asleep and I woke up, completely at peace and with a tickled feeling of love and fluttering in my soul. All that was there, that was negative was gone. I got up and was speaking to my wife and I turned on the tv and there was a boxing match on and the second I saw that, I had to turn my head, I grew very nauseous and almost threw up. I then asked the, Lord what, He wanted me to read, in the bible and I was brought to (Ephesians, Colossians, 1 Thessalonians, 2 Thessalonians, 1 Timothy, 2 Timothy, Hebrews, James, 1 Peter, 2 Peter, 1 John, Jude then Revelations) And now I am reading the bible from beginning to end. As from the epistles and gospel of Ephesians, and every book I read, I felt as if the the Saints, were speaking, we're speaking directly to me, especially everything that myself and family have endured. My family and self are truly here, because of the God's, love, mercy and grace. We have experienced God's, miracles, His LOVE and His, MERCY and have testimonials, that I am told, are prophetic. We have seen battles in the heavens and the enemy in various ways, which are of old. I give all my love and praise to God, in the name of Jesus, for protecting us and loving us. We are only alive and here, because of God the Father's love and mercy, For the love and mercy of Jesus Christ the Son of God and God, the Holy Spirit's love and mercy. For God, is love and His, love is so beautiful. Thank you Father, in your precious son's name, Jesus. Amen.

That is the same feeling I received a couple of months ago. We are in church and the preacher is in the middle of service and all of a sudden I felt that same power that is hard to describe. But I went in to the bathroom to not make a total seen and i cried unconditionally under that power and speak in tounges for 20 minutes or so. It let up for a while so I cleaned up and went back to my seat and as soon as I thought it was over it come back twice as hard as before. I began to weeping and weeping it was the best feeling in the world. I stated praising it and it was awesome. I have felt the Holy Ghost before but this was uncontrollable. Speaking in tongues and a shaking that was awesome. I felt so much annoying that it layed me flat on the floor and it keep repeating. Obedience. Obedience. And after 30 or so min. It let me go. I have begged for it again but I haven't got it anymore. But I do understand where you are coming from

I have been serving the Lord Jesus for 12 years and it happened a couple of months ago so I have never felt the spirit like that before. But I have no doubt in what he will do for me and my family. I’m finishing reading through the 1611 KJV and have filled up a sheet full of scriptures that seem to describe the earth in many ways, yet not one building a picture of a globe; yet, all snapshots, with no exception (that I can see), weave a picture of a flat earth with an impenetrable dome firmament. I notice the NWO folks are “globalists.” I think of natural observation being in line with this, as opposed to a globe spinning at 100 mph, of which there is no visual or scientific proof of which I’m aware. “
“All things are under His feet,” (1Corinthians 15:27), as “Earth is His footstool. . .” (Isaiah 66:1) top off the much smaller, more controlled, less chaotic, more logical picture of earth, a peaceful image in my mind that I envision when I pray.

I don't find it puzzling.
If, today, someone were to say, "I've searched all corners of the globe", would you be confused by the statement? What about the statement, "He has the whole world in his hands"? If someone says this, do you think they literally mean that God is holding the world in his literal hands?
God never said that the world is flat, nor did he say that it's round. I sincerely believe that he tells us things according to what he deems appropriate. For instance, if you're talking to a kid about sex, your conversation with an 8-year-old, will likely sound a lot different than if you're talking to someone who's eighteen. Your terminology may be different. However, just because it is, that doesn't mean that you lied to either one.
In Leviticus 17:10-12, God commands people not to eat raw meat. He says "the life is in the blood". The people, of that day, probably had no knowledge of microorganisms. Although our understanding of the micro-universe has increased, it doesn't make God's commands any less relevant, or appropriate. Just because he didn't explain the details, that doesn't mean that he was misleading, in any way. He simply used terminology that the people, of that day, would understand.
The rainbow, is another example. We now have a better understanding of how rainbows work, and what causes them to appear. However, does this knowledge make God's promise, in Genesis 9, any less relevant? Because our understanding has increased, do we conclude that he lied to us? Of course not.
In Ecclesiastes 7:29, King Solomon writes that "God has made us plain and simple, but we have made ourselves very complicated". I think that, as humans, we tend to over-think, and over-complicate things.
@@evansste Thank you for the thoughtful reply above. With deep respect, and meaning no offense, the description shape of the earth is intricately woven all throughout my 1611 KJV. It is absolutely not figurative language; rather, it is quite specific. It is so specific, in fact, that I realize I must believe NASA or the holy inspired written Word of God. I filled up two pages of verses that weave this picture of a flat earth with an immovable foundation and a dome firmament that is impenetrable above. This means NASA is a lie and the moon landing is fake, and the list goes on and on. The Word of God is infallible. Jesus did not view the Old Testament language as figurative, and neither should we.

Genesis 6:1-4 and Job 1:6, are also important verses to keep in mind. In these portions of scripture, we learn that God has made other creatures, which are not from Earth. My Bible refers to them as "Heavenly beings".
Creatures, which are not from Earth, are, by strict definition, aliens.
I recognize that some people may choose to have a different perspective, and one could always argue semantics. However, for me, these verses, along with others that talk about non-Earthly beings, allows me to conclude that God created other creatures, that are not from Earth, aka "aliens".
I just think that a lot of people have restricted their view of what aliens are. They don't consider that the heavenly beings, which the Bible speaks of, and potential, unknown visitors, from other planets, could be the same thing. I think it's a mere matter of perspective.

Average American not really. Think about it like this, the Bible mentions angels like 270+ times. It’s explained that there are many different types or species of angels and it goes even further by stating what some look like. Some are invisible, some look just like us, some have wings and some are covered with eyes... to include under their arms and on their backs, others have several faces which change depending on what angle you’re looking at them, lastly, some have the ability to change their appearance at will. Considering 1/3 of the angels (all types) defected from heaven it’s not hard to believe the “aliens” we see are actually demons. It took me a while to wrap my mind around this too... I wanted to and still want there to be other (intelligent) life in the universe, but the more I read and learn... the more I’m starting to see that’s just not the case. I would ask that you not take my word for it, but ask God to show you and read what’s in the Bible and then come to a conclusion. Hopefully this helped a little.

Average American I don’t believe all the Nephilim were all destroyed in the flood, but I don’t think they’re aliens either... aliens for the most part aren’t described as being giants like the Nephilim are. My point was that some angels have the ability to present themselves with a physical body, so the same thing can be said about demons. I think we are in agreement that aliens are not from other planets and are purely evil (my belief is they are the great deception that revelation talks about) we just might not agree on their origins.
