Honestly, i don't think it's any different than dating someone who only feels attracted to one Gender. Just because they find both genders appealing, doesn't mean they gonna wanna sleep with the next best person walking by. wether it is a bisexual, Gay or straight person, the possibility of cheating doesn't have to do anything with your sexuality. I think it all has to do with trust. If you trust your partner enough, it doesn't matter if he's attracted to male & female or just one gender. Also everyone is free to express themselves however they want and i won't judge them for that.

As a person who is part of the LGBTQI+ I can say that we were born like this, when it is said that it is a choice it would be like telling us that one day we wake up and choose to feel attraction for both sexes (in the case of Bisexuals) like if there is a button that you press and suddenly your sexuality changes but it is not, we born feeling attraction but sometimes it is only discovered when you are an adult. But there are of course always people, that are just confused and interested in topic of bisexuality and LGBTQ identities. It's important to educate people on this topic and bring awarness about it, since there's quite a bunch of studies, done on bisexuals that showed tremendous results on the suicide and mental health rates. well first of all let's start with my age. i'm 13. and everyone around me, even my family and friend hate LGBT people. they hate them and it hurts me so much. Only few people know that i'm bisexual. one my sibling doesn't have problem with LGBT and she was so happy that i told her this. i'm still hiding this from my family and friends because i'm so scared of their reactions.
I live in The Netherlands and we were actually the first country in the world to ever legalize same sex marriages in 2001. I went to a lesbian wedding when I was four, you can often see people openly being gay in the media here and a lot of homosexual foreigners come to live here, because homosexuality isn’t allowed in their home country. Now not every single person in The Netherlands completely agrees with the legalization of gay-marriages, but I’d say the vast majority of Dutch citizens doesn’t care much about someone else’s sexual orientation and neither do they care about their own. I’m a girl and up till now, I’ve only liked boys that way, but if I ever happen to fall in love with a girl, I’m not going to stop myself from doing so and I’m sure that neither of my friends and family members would see it as a problem.

I think the perception is misconstrued. I would not personally date a bisexual because of my beliefs, but I have many friends who are. They seem to be the most careful about making sure their partners don't think they are cheating and I know it's due to societies view of them as cheaters. They are the same as anyone else and have morals as well. If they wouldn't cheat normally, then they wouldn't cheat when with you. If they are a cheater then it is possible they will continue to be a cheater, but I'm sure that information could be found out through their associations before getting in a relationship with them. Also, bisexuals usually focus on one sex more than the other. It doesn't mean they always are attracted to both. My friend goes through phases of liking men and phased of liking women. She is currently dating a girl, but was dating a guy before this one. I feel that it's actually the straight partner of a bisexual who cheats. At least in my circle of friends it has happened that way. I feel they assume it is okay because you like both, so if they sleep with someone else it's not really cheating since you have options open, but that's not how it works. Anyway, people should treat all of their relationships with respect and not cheat.

I think the issue is actually less about cheating, and more about not being able to relate to bisexuality. Trust is not exclusive to heterosexual relationships. I think the reality is that people who aren't bisexual just don't really care to put in the effort it takes to understand their potential bi partner. It's too much work. That's why some people don't date outside of their culture, race, religion... they want what's easy and familiar. I'm bi, and after a while, I realized it wasn't about me, it was on them.
I am a bissexual person and i am also *dating* one bi, we have been together for 3 years. This person cheated on me because was missing the other gender and i, of course, can't give something that my gender doesn't have. But we talked about it and things are going great for months. :) But yeah, i felt insecure, cause as a Bi person, i never felt the urge to be with the same sex if i am dating the opposite. This just to tell you my story as a bi dating another bi. There are risks in every relationship, if he/she cheats on you, you can either move on or talk about it.

I’m Pansexual and I can like literally anyone despite their gender identity. One thing i notice about being an open Pan is that people automatically assume that we’re promiscuous and sexually-inclined (hence the whole cheating thing). They assume the same with bisexual people as well. I find it a little weird? Even though I’m Pansexual, i still prefer monogamy. Just because every gender is an option for me doesn’t mean I’ll just like anyone. But at the end I like that everyone is open to it. Especially women. A lot of girls I talk to have an issue or super negative view on bisexual men. it was nice to see the women in the video not be repulsed to the idea compared to how i’ve seen women in the US and Jamaica react.

I wouldn't date a bisexual because it's against my religion and I wouldn't be there for them to 100% support their sexuality. Also I feel a lot of them were saying it'd be worse if they cheated on you with someone who's the sex as them. It's because bisexuals having one partner of a certain gender will make a part of their sexual needs repressed, so people think it's easier for them to seek those needs with the other gender through poly relationships or cheating

I absolutely have no problem dating a bisexual man, I'm bisexual myself but general in my culture its 50/50 some people like it some don't but I hate that they have the perception of since we like both genders were gonna have relationships with both at one time we are as loyal as a straight or gay person we just like both genders that's it

There is a lot of people saying that be bi is a choice but the truth is that is not a choice, i'm happy that a lot of people would date, but i'm sad too because exists a lot of
stereotype and prejudice among Bi people.
As a person who is part of the LGBTQI+ I can say that we were born like this, when it is said that it is a choice it would be like telling us that one day we wake up and choose to feel attraction for both sexes (in the case of Bisexuals) like if there is a button that you press and suddenly your sexuality changes but it is not, we born feeling attraction but sometimes it is only discovered when you are an adult.

I personaly get senteces like "It's just a phase." , "You're/ probably will cheat on your boyfriend/girlfriend.", "You're just a lesbian, but afraid to come out." and "You are confused/experimenting, because bisexuality is not a real thing."
Those are a few negative ones that I get that actually are considered biphobic.
But there are of course always people, that are just confused and interested in topic of bisexuality and LGBTQ identities.
It's important to educate people on this topic and bring awarness about it, since there's quite a bunch of studies, done on bisexuals that showed tremendous results on the suicide and mental health rates.

I live in The Netherlands and we were actually the first country in the world to ever legalize same sex marriages in 2001.
I went to a lesbian wedding when I was four, you can often see people openly being gay in the media here and a lot of homosexual foreigners come to live here, because homosexuality isn’t allowed in their home country.
Now not every single person in The Netherlands completely agrees with the legalization of gay-marriages, but I’d say the vast majority of Dutch citizens doesn’t care much about someone else’s sexual orientation and neither do they care about their own.
I’m a girl and up till now, I’ve only liked boys that way, but if I ever happen to fall in love with a girl, I’m not going to stop myself from doing so and I’m sure that neither of my friends and family members would see it as a problem.

I think the perception is misconstrued. I would not personally date a bisexual because of my beliefs, but I have many friends who are. They seem to be the most careful about making sure their partners don't think they are cheating and I know it's due to societies view of them as cheaters. They are the same as anyone else and have morals as well. If they wouldn't cheat normally, then they wouldn't cheat when with you. If they are a cheater then it is possible they will continue to be a cheater, but I'm sure that information could be found out through their associations before getting in a relationship with them. Also, bisexuals usually focus on one sex more than the other. It doesn't mean they always are attracted to both. My friend goes through phases of liking men and phased of liking women. She is currently dating a girl, but was dating a guy before this one. I feel that it's actually the straight partner of a bisexual who cheats. At least in my circle of friends it has happened that way. I feel they assume it is okay because you like both, so if they sleep with someone else it's not really cheating since you have options open, but that's not how it works. Anyway, people should treat all of their relationships with respect and not cheat.
Yeah I know and it makes me sad that often people just automatically assume that if you are bisexual then there are higher chances that you will cheat. I think there is a lot to know and learn.

I think the issue is actually less about cheating, and more about not being able to relate to bisexuality. Trust is not exclusive to heterosexual relationships. I think the reality is that people who aren't bisexual just don't really care to put in the effort it takes to understand their potential bi partner. It's too much work. That's why some people don't date outside of their culture, race, religion... they want what's easy and familiar. I'm bi, and after a while, I realized it wasn't about me, it was on them.

I am a bissexual person and i am also *dating* one bi, we have been together for 3 years. This person cheated on me because was missing the other gender and i, of course, can't give something that my gender doesn't have. But we talked about it and things are going great for months. :) But yeah, i felt insecure, cause as a Bi person, i never felt the urge to be with the same sex if i am dating the opposite. This just to tell you my story as a bi dating another bi. There are risks in every relationship, if he/she cheats on you, you can either move on or talk about it.

I'm actually bisexual myself, and I have lots of friends who are bisexual, or asexual, or gay and so on - I'm from Sweden and here it's totally acceptable to be yourself - no one think it's weird if you have a different sexuality then what's considered "normal" - and honestly, like you mentioned being bisexual doesn't mean we two time and go between both genders just because we can, it just means we're able to love both genders equally and that it doesn't matter if it's a woman or man, if we fall in love with the person we fall in love - of course bisexuals can cheat on their partners, just like any other heterosexual person, but there are faithful ones as well, so there shouldn't be any trust issues if anyone's dating a bisexual - if they cheat it just means they didn't love you enough to stay faithful, and that's honestly their loss

I’m Pansexual and I can like literally anyone despite their gender identity. One thing i notice about being an open Pan is that people automatically assume that we’re promiscuous and sexually-inclined (hence the whole cheating thing). They assume the same with bisexual people as well. I find it a little weird? Even though I’m Pansexual, i still prefer monogamy. Just because every gender is an option for me doesn’t mean I’ll just like anyone. But at the end I like that everyone is open to it. Especially women. A lot of girls I talk to have an issue or super negative view on bisexual men. it was nice to see the women in the video not be repulsed to the idea compared to how i’ve seen women in the US and Jamaica react.
I think it is lack of awareness. I have Pansexual friends and I know they are very faithful and honest when it comes to a relationship.

I wouldn't date a bisexual because it's against my religion and I wouldn't be there for them to 100% support their sexuality. Also I feel a lot of them were saying it'd be worse if they cheated on you with someone who's the sex as them. For example if my bf cheated on me with another man it'd make me feel 10x worse than him cheating on me with another girl.
