How long do acoustics hold their shape on average before they need a new full set-up, I wonder?

Depends on a lot of variables . I have a Yamaha that has only had the saddle lowered in 23 years and it has been played a lot in that time . Yet , I underbuilt a guitar and you can watch it change shape with the humidity . Learnt a lot from that experiment. Peace ✌
