    Something I also came to accept is: don't always trust the scale. I don't even remember where it is.
    The scale just tells general weight, it doesn't say, "oh, you have this much fat". No, it counts a few other things like water weight and like...muscle.
    If you're working out a LOT for a while, and you aren't seeing a change. You could be burning the fat and replacing it with more muscle mass which could give the illusion of it not working...which is kinda why I've literally thrown mine into a random closet and just go off the mirror. The mirror can show me like, it actually happening real time. Like, if I lose weight, it'll show. If I lose weight and gain muscle, though the scale would remain the same, the mirror will show a slight difference(this is only when you're at like getting into the 'ideal' body fat %, because for a while you'll only see yourself lose the fat and then sorta 'stop' according to the scale but at some point you will visually see that you didn't 'stop' losing weight, well, you did, but now you're gaining enough muscle that the number's rising a bit) a part of the body you'll see change pretty quick is the face though.
    I was always mad at the number when I had the scale, guess what? I hid it, my happiness with myself isn't based off a number and I find it a bit easier to do a lot of this stuff now, focusing on the stuff I can see rather than only caring about that number that isn't even specific.

    3:30 when that happens just eat high protien low calorie if your on a cut, meat and veggies then if other macros remain then add in more food like carbs or even more meat, drink sparkling water black coffee, things that kill appetite

      I was sent a DMCA complaint so I had to take it down because it is a movie and copyright stuff : / I don't think it was the actual movie studio but I didn't want to risk it so I took it down... I might re do it another time...
