I am 100% positive it had silicone or grease in it. It turned an oil that literally will not flow even turned upside down In a jar to a disgusting looking mix of live resin and silicone included from your cart filler. I'll say it here just like I told you in chat. Any chemical would be a contaminant. Your videos on youtube absolutely do not say clean out the grease from manufacturing before use. You guys denied all responsibility and said it's all over your videos saying to clean it.. when in reality 0 of your videos say that. You guys should do better. I would recommend your cart filler to the trash can.
No matter what you are buying you should always do a Pre-cleaning on any new product you get from a manufacturer - especially anything that is production related.
Machine oils and greases are very common in manufacturing environments- if your putting consumable product into it CLEAN IT!
even glass dab jars get soaked in iso in a production environment

@jackfein8914 With oil up to temp (160°+) still required the oil to be way too diluted to accurately measure 1ml on each pull of the trigger.

Since It seems that using a hot plate is the most efficient way to use the device, would you offer a gun without the heating element at a lower price?

Hello I just bought one, what a temp of d9 should be heat up to , on hot plate before fill gun? I mix terp on 140F and was not good temp to fill up gun was too thick and got alot problems
You should have the d9 at 180-190F
And what temp you set on this heating gun thing ? At 190 will terp not burned or go out? Or after mixed d9 with terps can heat up to 190F with no issue on terps?

I think heat up to 140- mix terp for 15min , and after that heat up to 180 fill up gun and do job on carts. But is shame I spend 400$ on Sharrb filling gun - no help or anserw questions even via email!! Worst costumer service EVER!!!

I bought one of these and you guys had a silicone grease or lubricant inside of it... 😂 destroyed my first batch of oil. I would have expected it to be BONE dry because ANYTHING in it is a CONTAMINANT. Why would you do this?
It is not a containment, any piece of lab equipment is recommended to be cleaned before use. And no we do not use grease or lubricant.
Also what kind of hot plate is that? Would like to buy one just like the one you have

My company is looking into buying a few, to test with and see how it goes, question, i run the same make and but a 4 burner hot plates with The temperature probes,same brand, When you're dealing with distillate heating it up prepping for separation or cartridges, what do you set your hot plates to to where you're not degrading potency or any terps that may have been added, I've been trying hard to find a sweet spot if you know off hand that would be fantastic! Planning on ordering this product and as long as it goes well at home I think we'll be able to buy several, this was not my work CZcams or connected to any of my work , This one is specifically personal, If you guys have the time and see the comment that would be fantastic like I said I'm going to be ordering one shortly🔥

Those are carts are 1ml carts, the cart filler shown can do only 0.5ml increments so from .5-2.5ml, we do have a .8ml cart filler if that is what your looking for. No point of lying since you guys will be doing the filling lol
