what a team that was that Revie built up, if Leeds just had that little bit of luck and rub of the green that always seemed to allude them when it was most needed, could have easily had 3 more titles a couple of FA cups and European cup to add to the already impressive haul.

Don Revie was a true great manager, 2 league titles, FA Cup, League Cup, 2 Uefa Cups, also 5 runners up in the league as well 4 fa cup finals European Cup semi-final European cup winners cup final as well which the ref was banned for life with shocking decisions against leeds lost league on goal difference also twice buy a point little bit of bad luck as well as terrible fixture congestions cost leeds dearly a great man who was a generation ahead of his time sadly never gets the recognition he deserves but leeds fans know what a great man he was RIP Don ....

35:40. What is he talking about ? 'Englands players would not be going to the finals in West Germany?' The 1976 Euro Championship final was played in Yugoslavia and the 78 World Cup was held in Argentina???

Easily the best team from 65 to 75,great players great football unbelievably unlucky should of won the double and European cup but unfortunate decisions went against them, whereas those lucky bastards Liverpool almost EVERY major decision went in their favour beyond bizarre, that was the difference between the cup count,Liverpool were a good side in this period but Leeds were a CLASS side.

Don Revie was a great manager for Leeds utd, but....NOT for England why? we did not qualify for the last stages of euro 76, he walked out on and signed a massive money contract with the U.E.A. leaving England in a right state. On beating West Germany 2 - 0 in 1975.... this was a friendly match! so... on England HE DID NOTHING AND WALKED OUT ON US. As for his illness, that was sad, nobody wanted an ending to his life like that. So Leeds utd, he was GREAT! and with ENGLAND HE WAS SHAMFULL!.

Not true, as our domestic clubs had been winning European Competitions from the 1960s up to the mid 1980s and most of those players were English.

What a sad americanism England 'sucked' ... the reality was this; our Football League system and our F.A. Cup - League Cup competitions [plus the three european competitions] hindered England's National Team as we did not have enough time for preparation before International matches. Other national Football Associations made apt arrangements to provide there National Teams with apt time periods before Internationals. As for Revie, he proved that he was a good club manager = L.U.F.C. .... as for England, he walked out on us, and left us in a right state ...That's A Fact.

As for "talking shit" your wrong as I make an honest objective factual account, something devoid in regard to you. As for "get a life" ... most people who use that comment, don't have one!.
