@@kevinsam3078 because it is one of the most basic skills in gymnastics, its like a kip to handstand, the reason its an E its because you are doing it on a balance beam, but in events like floor its a simple, basic skill every gymnasts should perfect.
if she is not good for an AA i think she would be very best as beam specialist. I just notice this year there are so many great beam workers in chinese with beautiful routines and leaps

It’s unfortunate that they don’t score consistently. Her dismount alone with the low chest landing is a 3 tenth to 5 tenth deduction. Her score would be a 14 point something at the olympics.
The Chinese Gymnasts ALWAYS have amazing layout form. It’s such a simple skill and yet it looks completely different when they do it!!

K W What do you expect? It is a domestic competition. Even in US comps the scoring does be over at times. Here though it was grossly so in my view.
Does anyone know what the D-score and E-score were?
D should be 7... the same as at the Olympics 2021

Li Shijia had - 0.3 step on her dismount. Guen ChenChen 0.1 for each of the TWO balance checks over the beam... From that you can have an idea...
