It would've literally been better instead of a dozen characters taking out Storm King's entire army.

I like how the final movie turned out. It felt more personal. The hippogriffs had reason not to help the ponies, since the ponies didn't help them before. Then only the few individuals who were the most miserable because of the Storm King, were inspired by the mane 6 and decided to take control of their own destiny.
I am glad others are positive towards the ending.
Loved learning these when I picked up that art book. It was a gem cover to cover even with the art.

I think it would have added a lot more to the move being able to see all the characters at the end fighting together. It felt like it had a more serious tone which I would have liked.

The hippogriffs really annoyed me; even in the series, I dislike them. Maybe this could have been avoided.
They didn’t even need to travel far, they could have just went to Ember and she’d lend them an army of dragons.
And let’s not forget Thorax, that’s an army of changelings.
They have armies of dragons and changelings that owe them no small favors.
I am pretty sure the movie staff were only up to date to early season six of the show when writing the movie. Season 7 was not done airing when the movie was released in theaters.
Wish the film was treated the way most anime movies are treated, as a separate cannon. It would also be a “You don’t have to watch the movie, it’s not canonical , but it’s still a ton of fun pony content.”
Thats what they did with the comics, they admitted the comics are a separate continuity.
Heck the final issue to IDW’s G4 comics, reveals it was Spike the dragon who wrote every single comic, he basically became not just a royal advisor and ambassador but a super successful fan fiction writer.

On the one hand I did enjoy the ending we got but on the other hand the hippogryph army would have added to the fun that was the storming the castle scene.
There’s a lot from the art book I wished they could’ve added to the actual show.

There was also Scorpen that was suppose to be in the film whom The Storm King stole the sceptre from.

I Think I Can Relate Because Back Then In 2017 Another Of My Favorite Childhood Movies Which Was Cars 3 In 2017 Cars 3 Probably & Most Likely Had Lots Of Deleted Scenes The Scenes Were Odd & Strange So I’m Kinda Grateful On The Movie We Got Like How You Said You Liked What You Got From The My Little Pony Movie The Reason or Reasons Why They Deleted Those Deleted Scenes From The My Little Pony Movie Is Probably & Or Most Likely It Took To Much Time From The Movie/Film or It Just Didn’t Work/Fit The Movie/Film

Yeah, I definitely agree It would have fixed Queen Novo's character. The entire quest felt pointless after she banished them. It would've been better if she willingly broke the pearl as a way of letting go of the past and putting the future of her kingdom front and center! ( ╹▽╹ )

While I understand why they didn't include Discord in the movie because while his power while it would have been very helpful to them it was a potential plot killer I don't really understand why they didn't have an epic battle between the dragons or hippogriff's and the storm king I guess it was boat because that would have been very difficult to animate and because they wanted a scene where they shamelessly reference and thus whore out hungry hungry hippos; after Twilight in an uncharacteristically stupid moment misunderstands Celestia.

Do you know where to get a copy? Amazon says it's out of print -- limited availability. For anyone else looking, these public libraries have copies: Davenport, Iowa, Pueblo, Colorado, Jacksonville, FL; or you a student at Brigham Young University (which weirdly seems to have _everything_ I search for.) Guess I'll check my local used book stores...
I got mine from Ebay. When I looked recently, there were none but check out second-hand websites that sell books.
This would have fixed the biggest problem of the movie for me. The whole reason they set out on their big quest was to find help. They returned to Canterlot without the Pearl of Power, their original objective. They returned to Canterlot with NOTHING that they didn't have at the start of the movie. In its released form, the entire plot of the 2017 movie was pointless. They acquired no resources that they didn't already have except a couple of friends they made. The Storm King's army demolished Canterlot without a fight, and the Mane 6 returned and demolished his army because . . . it was the part of the plot where they were supposed to win.
Having an ACTUAL army to fight the Storm King's army would have made their quest consequential, rather than just a meaningless time filler. And it would have made the climax immensely less silly, more reasonable, and more enjoyable.
I love to hear detailed insights from different people. Although I like the end, we got just fine, I have been fascinated by the deleted scene and thought it was a good alternative ending scene.
Kinda mixed on this. Though mainly would have loved to see it.

Great, question my guess is that the fact is that they are not human or human adjacent. Equestria Girls would make a wonderful anime, though.

Goku is a humid being. He looks mostly human to those who don't know Goku is not. I am certain FIM would be a good or least interesting anime.
