I believe their usual arranger did this one, Darren Rust. This is just a lot of fun * they often have done this as the encore at their concerts and itś the perfect finisher as it sends the crowd home in a really great mood !!! Their harmonies are outrageously great (the best in my opinion) and they are well versed at their craft

"When a Man Loves a Woman" - power ballad with Austin in lead - he absolutely owns this song now. He put soul into it from the first note to the last! 😳❤🎶🤯
"Brothers in Arms" - solemn, heartwrenching, masterpiece! Hauntingly beautiful. 5-part harmonies that'll bring you to tears. No beatboxing because he's singing in this one. Tim (bass) & Chance (baritone) are leads. Song is sung from the perspective of a soldier dying on the battlefield, praising his brothers in arms around him, while lamenting the futility and sadness of war.

I would like to suggest their cover of "Bless this Broken Road" or "Helplessly Hoping". Both are very good.

Since you like there sea shanty you should check out their original song they did for ubi soft a video game company hired them for a pirate ☠️ video game called skull and bones ☠️🦜🏴☠️ they have a lyrics version one there youtube channel and they did a live performance for the song chance wrote it.

I can see that you would get into being a pirate. Wouldn't work, though. I think, when you appeared on deck, rather than accepting you as one of their own, they would see you as "booty," and in their headlong rush to possess you, would annihilate each other to a man. Hence, you would be responsible for the extinction of pirate-kind.
