Today we get our Indiana Jones hats on and build a killer cave system. This was a really fun project to work on that took quite some time to get finished, so I hope you enjoy it!

Recommended upgrades: a time limit (sort of): When the gravel starts falling, you need to get to the lock on open the door before the falling gravel seals off the lock, the gravel starts falling in diminishing amounts outside the door, you need to complete the parkour before the gravel falls on the parkour spots, some indents in the ground where the lava flows, and instead of just zombies, drop a few skellies too.

@@meable3763 I think it's because the way he's doing it is by retracting pistons to make the gravel fall and I don't think you'd be able to that with a trapped chest because he's turning off the pistons rather than turning on and the trapped chest activates redstone when you open ot
@@masterpingu5942 then you can have a redstone torch on a block and then power that block which will deactivate the redstone torch

@Noah Roblee I'm pretty sure merszer fay intended it to be a compliment. I think it looks quite good! Especially considering that Mumbo generally isn't very good at making good-looking builds. He nailed it on this one. It looks exactly like something Grian would make, and that's something Mumbo should be proud of!

Hey Mumbo, try making a collaboration video with Grian to make an abandoned village/tomb, complete with skeletons, redstone booby traps, and collapsing walls so you have no choice but to go forward. At the end would be a difficult boss fight against tons of mobs.

That was GREAT !
Here are some ideas tho :
- First Room : having significantly more gravel fall, and probably a bit faster would make is more dramatic. Especially since there's a big pause in the falls at some point.
- Parkour : Maybe making it look at bit more organic? Like have the cobblestone blocks be standing on some sort of pillars instead of just flying? Would also make it look more precarious. As well as having the lava be an actual lake instead of a mis-matching multi-flow. (Also there's a line of signs+gravel that stays up)
- Arrows : Absolute mayhem, love it.
- Blow-out : if you wanted to "replicate" the idea of a boudler falling, maybe a giant slime would've been nice instead of a group of zombies?
Also, your cave looks great but I must remind you, mossy cobblestone is a block that exists ;)

You can do the Indiana Jones technique and replace the item in the chest with another item.

I like how well this would work, but it would have to be another non-stackable item, you can configure the redstone to only accept a perfect signal strength from a single non-stackable item, too much and it all goes awry as well.
Like so mumbo sees this tip:
For sign mass placing, put on one sign a space or any letter.
Then, copy it with control (Copying NBT of the sign). Now you wont need to click ESC when placing signs since they are already written!

*Tip for mumbo:* to place a lot of signs very quickly just middle mouse click and shift the blank sign and wham! Now you have a really quick placement.
