With so many flashlights to choose from in my collection which ones do I use everyday ? Well it comes done to three main flashlights and 2 honorable mentions. First is the Warrior 3 S which is a CW cool white spot light that has a maximum of 2300 lumens. A great flashlight with some throw. Second is the Baton 3 pro max in NW neutral white and that is a daily favorite for filming B roll. Both those flashlights are rechargeable with 21700 batteries. the third is the Baton 3 pro which is the small 18650 battery, I like this because it is in the middle of the Warrior 3 S and the Baton 3 pro max. Just enough throw and spot with the NW option available. Also because of its smaller size it makes a great headlamp that you can clip on to a baseball hat. Honorable mentions because they are backup flashlights and always in my bag are the Olight I5R and Olight I1R2 pro.

-How much flashlights do you own?
-Yes
Thank you for another excellent review! You’ve got a great collection! I really like all the color options Olight offers.
Ty very much for the video. I've been wondering about that I5R for a while. Take care.
This was a fun video. your desk set up is freakin awesome!
Just hooked your discount code up . Thanks for your great content. I5r I3t coming in hot.
Beautiful collection 👍
I use the Warrior Mini 2 every single day! I’m a home inspector and love me some flashlights, lol! But the WM2 has pretty much become my only light. Perfect in attics, perfect under houses, perfect for whatever!
Close to my selection.
Warrior 3S
Warrior Mini 2/3
Baton 3 Pro
In green.
I also like Baton 3 Pro Max in NW, orange. I've gotten away from the Seekers but lots of love for them.
Amazing collection my dude
This vid i found very useful. Thanks... 💪
I upgraded from the S2R Baton 2, when I was gifted the Warrior Mini 3.
Far superior EDC for someone who works driving tractor trailers 12hr nightshifts.
It is similar to my Javelot Pro with controls, yet small.
Thought Baton2 would be the last, I was wrong.
When is Desert Tan Warrior Mini3 being released... .... !!
Not at work, S1R Baton 2 or 3 depending on battery rotation.
Pretty flashlights!
i am a olight fan, i will be getting all 3 to my collection
Hi Charlie! Have you ever looked into reviewing the Surefire Stiletto/Stiletto PRO? Would love to get your opinion as my Dad is very interested in this light.
Love your videos!
Thanks!
Hey Charlie, Always enjoy your well done videos. I have a friend that will be traveling to Nepal in a couple months and I would like to get her an Olight for her travels. What would be the best that you would recommend. Good battery life might be important as sometimes charging might be limited. Thanks so much!
Wonderful video. Covered all my questions. I’ve been using the baton 3 (smallest light) everyday working in plant maintenance. I have since lost that light and I’m looking for a replacement. I believe I will be ordering the baton 3 pro! Thank you!
I love my baton pro
Was working an accident in a tunnel and I do believe that using it has helped me not get his by the traffic that was speeding through until the tunnel was closed and safe
as a iron worker i need a flashlight that wont fill up with metal shavings on the tail end. Wish they would make one that i could just charge normal
They used to make the baton non rechargeable but have gotten out of that. They just need to make a non recharging non magnetic tail cap you could get as an accessory and you'd be good. Inhave one of the older ones buy it still has a magnetic cap even though it's not a charging port. If you could get a thick enough rubber cover fornthe tail perhaps nothing would stick or if it did just remove the rubber to get the shavings off
Thrunite saber, I carry it everyday and it’s been amazing. Only $20 so it’s easily replaceable
One thing you can do is put an olink on the end to seal the magnet
Hey you’re in luck!
The newly released Olight Seeker 4 is charged via USB -C on the bottom of the flashlight. This is Olights newly released light that only does it but go check it out.
Just go with nitecore
...great video, I thought that I was bad (I have a ton of Fenix, Olight, Nitecore, and many other flashlights 🔦), but I think that you have me beat [by a long shot my brother]. I'm definitely that nerdy old guy that carries several different ones on me daily.....for years.... and years. As a long-haul truck driver, there is not one day that I don't use a flashlight. I carry the same flashlight (in the same spot on my person everyday), so, depending on the lumen, I have no hesitation as to which light I'll use in each situation. I pull a refrigerated trailer, and for the two or three in the morning loads, it really does take a high lumen flashlight to see all the way to the nose in the trailer. At any rate, I love your videos my brother, please take care and be well.
Man, I thought having 30 flashlights was a lot. I need to get my rookie numbers up!
Thanks for helping me make educated decisions. Go team orange. 🧡
Greetings from Alabama! Nice job with great photography, a good storyline and a fine obsession that I share.😢
My top 3 EDC lights are 1: Streamlight Macrostream USB, 2: Olight O’Pen Pro 3: Olight Arkfeld UV
I have the Warrior 3 and love the new switch. I do not like that it lost the 60 lumen utility or medium 2 level, nor do I like the CW beam. So I did not get the 3S. The 3 does not get that much use. I recall seeing a review which rued the loss of the 60 lumen especially for indoor use. Does anyone prefer the Warrior without the 60 lumen level? One EDC that you do not mention that I particularly like is the Perun 2 Mini. The prior beaded lens versions had some close up evenness of beam advantages (as I saw a photographer comment). However for EDC it has a great balance of features and one does not have to remove the EDC clip to use it in the headband. I do love the Baton 3 Pro Max in neutral white for general use and the same light in warm white generally resides on my nightstand. Anyway I like your choices for a blend of features.
Great video! If your not using any of those Fenix’s . You could recycle them to me 🤭
Where did you get that charging dock from? I need something like that!
Where did you get the lanyard for the I1R2 pro? Thanks
Do you give any of these light sway?
I have a question? I have the plight warrior mini 3 and the nano and I have put the head of the warrior mini 3 on the nano which now creates a proximity sensor on a smaller light but I’m trying to work out run times and outputs are you able to advise as you are the master of this.
Still use the Fenix PD36R?
If you could only own 1 which would you choose?
I love Olight but they i want them to use high CRI LEDs. My Wuben X2 is my edc for that very reason.
Where did you get that orange maratac zipper?
Just bought two Olights Baton 3 Pro and i1R 2 Pro, maybe getting Javelot or Warrior X 4 to get some more distance. What can I say , flashlight from the past, which was supposed to be best the Mini Maglite is hopeless when comparing even to the i1R 2 Pro.
I totally aggree with your top 5
I don’t have such a big collection so im glad to have picked the best 😅
3S for self defense
3 pro max for longboard sessions at night and work on construction sites
i1r2 for edc (neck carry with phosphorescent paracord)
You would if Olight sent you free stuff in exchange for glowing reviews lol. And thats not saying they arent great flashlights...but its well documented that they hand out a ton of free stuff in exchange for A+ reviews. Check out T-Rex arms and why he will never push Olight after they contacted him trying to get him to push their products, not for his honest review and feedback
Why didn't they make Baton 3 pro max green in neutral?????
Excelentes linternas, saludos cordiales desde chile 🙋♂️🇨🇱⛏️👍🤝🗝️💍🔦🔦🔦🔦
Hi where did you get that Maratac lanyard?
CountyComm. I have that in the Glow in the Dark version. :-)
@@donaldstrader7241 awesome thx
Interesting take on staging the W3S around the house.I have multiple S1R Baton 2 / Baton3 and i3T's around the house with the bodies slightly unscrewed.
No more pd36r love? No more tc12 v2 love?? … I gotta look into olight
Olight big disadvantage is proprietary charging.
Just buy a battery charger.... should have mutiple batteries in your house anyhow
I like it, I don't want to take the battery out, love the magnetic charging system
Dang .... he has a fortune in lights and knives alone
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Sooooo wait, why so many colors of the same light?
Once they come out with a Neutral white warrior mini 3, it would be hard for me to carry anything else. Right now the WM3 and Arkfeld UV NW are my go tos.
I agree on the neutral white. It has made it easier to resist all the fancy colors and patterns. If it is only in crappy white (CW) I generally skip it. I have enough CW as it is.
@@donaldstrader7241 cool white is fine with me as long as the tint is decent. Olight has actually been getting better about their cool whites getting cleaner and less green. The WM3 is actually a pretty clean CW. But the SFT-40 5000K just came out. So I'll probably be emitter swapping mine if Olight doesn't just release a NW one soonish.
What does neutral white mean?
So you are olight super FAN😅
There must be a medical explanation for that excessive light hoarding way beyond practical needs
Hello, psychologists need to work, when I see all your equipment; it is treatable!
Not everyone carries flashlights. Only the intelligent do and the less than smart population tells the intelligent (us flashlight enthusiasts) we are stupid for carrying 2 or more flashlights 😂
But when Mother Nature hits, or blackouts roll through… who’s the idiots now ? lol
I digress. People that actually carry flashlights are the few the proud 👊🏼💯🤙🏼💯 🔦
Every phone has a flashlight function nowdays which is way more useful for close proximity illumination during a blackout than these super throwy high lumen flashlights some weirdo may be carrying
@@Roman-nu1om no. A flashlight will always work better as an illumination tool and have much longer runtimes. Your phone is used for communication and emergency use.
If you don’t edc a smaller light with pocket clip I highly recommend you do. LED flashlights are very compact these days too
@@aquasound-escapes898 I carry a flashlight when there is a use case, like walking the dog in the evening or going outdoors. For any other unforseen illumination tasks my mobile phone has always sufficed, so why should I suddently start carrying a flashlight? I've got the impression that many of these flashlight geeks secretly wish a major blackout to finally give their flashlights some purpose
Your reviews are not what they used to be. All your flashlights are now one brand only. Not like before when you had several brands to compare. Obviously paid to say nice things.
Olight pays pretty well to sponsor you. Get 10% back on orders that use your code and that's just to start out. People like him probably getting 20-25% back.
