Honestly, the jokbal looks like there is nothing to eat, you can easily get much better jokbal which has lots of meat and skin not just bone, in any jokbal shops in every neighborhood. But the thing is, is it usually big portion for share which means expensive for one person
I think that you are right. There was not that much meat, but I find it difficult to know where the right places in the city are for all the different food choices, so I often go for the markets because the usually serve what I am searching for.

I would love to give advice. The most important thing is to not increase your total weekly milage too much per week. A common rule is to maximum increase your milage by 10% per week.
