I feel sure I’ve seen another dog *exactly* the same before! Same breed, same temperament, same colour, same coat condition! Are they all just the same? W would ask the owner to imagine what it would feel like if someone was pulling their hair all day and all night, every time they moved; then explain that this is what the dog suffers if his coat is neglected. They wouldn’t pull his hair all the time on purpose, but that’s what has been happening anyway. If they love their dog they must take proper care of him, and if they don’t love him then they should give him away to someone who will take care of him properly.
