Even with all crude oil stolen, not 1 Dollar is going to feed the Man in the Delta if the oil returned. The major problem of the average Nigerian is that there is no integrity, like Mr Neyin said An American would die for America first, any other thing is 2nd. We Nigerians don't really see ourselves as Nigerians because we don't believe in a NIGERIA that cares for its Citizens, we choose our Village / Town before anything. We need to have to new Constitution, that helps heal the wounds of the past 36 year's. First develop a National Identity, so that we can love ourselves as NIGERIANS, when that is in place, we start with the HEALING, then those stealing & self mutilation would stop and we can start to build a New & Blessed Nigeria with all the resources we have in abundance, start being a productive Country which Produces more than it imports, lest we forget the Exchange Rate in 1986 was £1-N1... This was the year I came to England. It would be nice to achieve this in 20 years. Nigeria was once a Great Country let's make it great AGAIN.
