I'm getting the feelings that whoever created L'erisia had a daughter that looks like her but she passed away... and the creator gave (more like hard-coded) L'erisia this form.
L'erisia is a memeplex created by Joah to guide the humans in the past world and the AD Aria Te'laria. joah "released" her in the "past world" of aria te'laria in the form of information (cultural genes ). If I explain the past world any further it will becom even more confusing...hehehe HOWEVER in the AD world (which is where we find all the main characters of ristaccia and masinowa) L'erisia is reincarnated in the form of a girl and continues to manipulate the world with the ristaccia pieces.
The little that I know about... L'erisia is the reprecentation of the ruby Ristaccia, the numbers in the video, as the vid says, are the primal numbers, the ones with the world (called in the story as Aria Te'laria) is based, I think xD. Sorry for my bad english D:

I dont think he made L'erisia he just sent her to the world as a spaceship i think. This is one of those stories where the past is more techno-y than the future. I dont know much about him besides the fact that that he is supposedly watching the world in this story and that he is a bad guy.
Hold On, I am starting to think that the whole story of the Epic of Zektbach, is a computer program, created by someone, and is waiting to see what happens throughout the entire story. This is just an idea, don't judge me on this.
