Tastiest oven grilled Ghana tilapia

Ghana style oven grilled tilapia with stir fried bell peppers! 😍🤩
Ingredients:
Fresh tilapia
Garlic
Ginger
Scotch
Spring onions
Onion
Salt,rosemary,thyme,crayfish cube,maggi,oil
Bell peppers
Salt,curry,cayenne pepper,garlic granules,maggi
I grilled each side for 35 mins at 180c but it depends on how juicy or fry you want it
