Amazing show. Walter is one of my biggest influences and honestly a hero. Such a legit, talented, and down to earth person.
He's a good guy and I respect his talent. I enjoyed having him on the show.
Thanks 🙏 Drew by this show . I really appreciate these talks . Cheers 🍻 from Malaga Spain 🇪🇸.
Wow Drew! This was a special 75th show! Thank you😊...the 100th episode is going to be a big party🥳
Drew you've really outdone yourself with this episode, this no doubt was the best show!
Hahaha thank you bro. It was a good one.
Thanks, great show.
Inside Out T-shirt in 1985? The font looks like the New York band and I doubt the Cali band was around at that point. When I saw the New York Inside Out at the Anthrax in 1989 or 90 I got the impression they were new, any insight?
Yet again a GREAT show 🤘☠️🤘
Thanx David.
they are all great shows but this one felt extra special today
It was great.
my only complaint about this episode is that once Roger joins, Walter kind of gets forgotten or can't get a word in. Roger even noticed it and apologized for taking over but otherwise, this was a great episode.
Hahahah yeah. It's kind of like sonority rules. We could have done 2 full shows with just Walter. There was so much stuff we didn't even touch.
@@stonefilmsnyc appreciate all the shows though. Thanks Drew!
I got this AF CD of rarities called Raw and Unleashed with the song the Blame with Raybees singing. Probably a different recording than the one Roger is talking about
Yeah I remember that CD. Grand Theft Audio right?
@@stonefilmsnyc that's right. It had the United Blood recording, and some other early outtakes. And the Blame was on that CD.
Uncle Wally!
Wally/Drew ❤️
Walter Schreifels is one of my all time favorite musicians, but it's hard to really get behind GB nowadays when they've milked the living fuck out of one album since their reunion tour in '06. I saw they were charging $50 for that boat show they did in NYC a year or 2 ago.
"Pretending that they care about our scene, Just because our money's green" is a pretty cringe lyric at this point in time
I disagree. I just saw them in Miami and they played an energy filled, fun show that we all loved on a Tuesday! Shit was ridiculous. If they make new music people think it should be this or that. They are celebrating their catalog with friends and fans who are thrilled to be there. These guys make a living doing what they love and you shit on it. Should they work in health food stores for life?! Those guys are the same guys they were. Sad that you see it as a “cash grab”
