as third party contributions. These third party contribution limits are based on loan type, equity to appraised value and can only be applied to certain things depending
on loan type and must be approval by ALL interested parties involved. The rebate or credit must be shown on the settlement statement. The models video taped are the builders models to show you the possibilities in options and decorating. These models may or may not be available
for sale and possibly could be sold out as too be built homes by the time you view the video. Most cases these models are available in other communities by the same builder.
