    We’re back with another full day of eating!
    In this video I had to run errands and was in a RUSH. I also… didn’t eat mindfully at some meals! Here is an overview of the day:
    (Wasn’t super hungry in the early AM, I usually am but not today for some reason)
    Breakfast: Oatmeal bowl
    Snack: Grapes + leftover spaghetti
    Lunch: Fall vibes salad (With mac n cheese!)
    Snack: Pumpkin spice coffee + gingerbread cake
    Snack again: yogurt + berries
    Dinner: Warm salad kit
    Dessert: Ice cream

    I love cauliflower in my oatmeal and add a bit a of parmesan cheese, some pepper and 🥓 bacon ! 🤤 Sooo good for breakfast or a quick dinner ...

    I’d like to know more about how you tackle grocery shopping and meal prepping as an intuitive eater. I quit meal planning because it was so stressful for me. No food rules for me I guess is no meal planning, but I’m still curious on your take

    I like the grocery hall and meal prep ideas. I’ve been on my intuitive eating journey for over a year now and have been thinking more about gentle nutrition. I love it when you incorporate little tips on nutrition into videos. Sometimes it’s hard to find ways to add in a little extra nutrition that still tastes great. I’m going to try the riced cauliflower in oatmeal, I’ve started liking warm breakfast more now too.

    I LOVE Cauliflower Rice in my oatmeal. My favorite is the instant Kodiak Cakes oatmeal with some fiber powder, collagen (I know fiber and protein help keep me satisfied longer). Then, I put the oatmeal in a bowl, push it to one side, and fill the other half of the bowl with Skyr yogurt (again, more protein and I LOVE the stuff). Finally, I top with berries and nut butter.
    Though, the other day, I didn't have yogurt, so I had chocolate cauliflower oats (using Kodiak Cake's chocolate chip oatmeal) that I topped with strawberries and grain-free dark chocolate salted granola. SOOOO good.

    I also have a sep dessert stomach, even if i am full and satisfied with my meal i always have to something sweet after and of course portions will vary depending on what im feeling like :)

    Ive been doing riced cauliflower, oats, protein powder, blueberries, nuts & seeds for years now. I LOVE it. I can’t taste the cauliflower and I love the texture too.

    I would like to see the different days of the week, I think it could be interesting to see different routines. And I love your science explained videos, so fun to watch and so educating. Absolutely love them. Personally, I am not that interested in grocery or food hauls but I am always open to new recipes.

    agree about keeping porridge simple, but love bananas and spices with it! great to see these vids, lets me feel normal about my own eating ups and downs.

    I'm not sure about riced cauliflower, but I do the same thing with spaghetti squash. It's just a way for me to get more veggies in when we're doing a family pasta night. My kids won't touch it, but that's another story 😂

    Loved this one!! I'm a lover of the warm/cold salad too! So satisfying!! I'm a texture/crunch person so nuts/seeds/roasted chickpeas are a must :)
    I'd be curious to see a FDOE on a workout day to see how your nutrition might change around pre and post workout depending on when you train in the day. Thoughts on popular supplements like pre workout and BCAAs?

    I love riced cauliflower, but do NOT use it as a rice substitute. I add it in my scrambled eggs to get in some veggies, plus I love the taste of cauliflower!

    I’d really love to hear a video more specifically targeted to super obese. I’m 320 lbs and trying to correct tons of diet behavior and thinking. I want to become an active person that simply eats food vs think of food food and more food. But I don’t know what exercise I can do and what’s not a good idea. No food allergies no food restrictions no medical issues just really large and overeat or diet then overeat or starve the overeat. How would things differ if talking to someone larger vs an underweight or normal sized person?

    i am currently trying to get my cues back from having anorexia. i also lost the pleasurable feeling when i eat food. i heard that there is a change in brain chemistry for those who ad anorexia specifically in the brain reward system. i tried experimenting with “desserty” food but i still don’t get that enjoyable feeling. eating feels like a chore. i AM working with a dietician but she is not completely sure why i am experiencing this so i was wondering if you experienced this or you worked with anyone that has or just know about this....i am wondering if i will be able to get the rewarding feeling and get my cues back (has been 8 months of eating consistently but still no cues). i am just getting worried and want to know if there is any hope in this whole process

    I am a big fruit in oatmeal fan so the idea of a savory oatmeal or riced cauliflower in oats does not immediately resonate with me.

    Ugh cauliflower rice. Some members of my fam and myself are either pescatarian, vegan or flexitarian so we have a vegan option on holiday dinner to fit everyone. And for some reason on New yrs eve we decided to also experiment with cauliflower rice since my aunt swears it tastes just like rice. 😭 Nooo! Our tradition is cozy chicken and rice soup for meaties and bean and rice soup for us and we ruined tradition for soggy flavorless mush. It was either that or overly smothered pork ribs which I dnt like. So yeah I am a victim of diet extremes. Now I have cauliflower PTSD lol.
