Steevie looks like a sassy aunt and an akward teenager at the same time.
Stevie is the babysitter with a motherly influence of Mythical, and everyone wins with that dynamic.
She knows how to control the chaos while letting just enough fun happen before things get out of hand.

The "okay SLIME 🤢🤮" after Trevor said "thats called yiking" had me rolling. Also Josh u weren't wrong in ur description of freak dancing but there are variants. You demonstrated the classic "grind" while Trevor was referencing "yiking" or "daggering" in which on person is behind another while they begin to pelvic thrust into the person in front of them. Hope everyone leerned something from this.
God Stevie is so wholesome, the "ITS SO GOOOOOOOD" put a smile on my face, more so than the rest of the video already had me laughing.

I don't think anything has sold me more that something is great than Stevie's mini happy dance.
As someone whose been a chef for the past 10 years and a home cook since I could reach a stove top, I love this series so much. Because there are two main things that make a dish great, quality and time. At home you can take all the time in the world to make even the most basic ingredients sing, but in a restaurant environment you don't have that so the quality of ingredients has to be higher to do the same faster. This show dares to say "why not both"? Top quality ingredients and just infeasible amounts of time for a single dish. The best of both worlds
Josh and Stevie together is like at the family reunion when your weird uncle and cool aunt end up hanging out and you just have the best time.

The production value went up in the past few months
This is such a fun episode. I love Stevie and the back and forth with Josh and the crew. I get that rewatchability is very subjective, but Stevie is one of the few who rival Emily for making an episode eminently rewatchable for me.
