Green cheek conure might abuse cocketeils , as they have much stronger beak it's pretty dangerous and uncomfortable for cocketeils . But anyway it depends on a birds personality

Hi, I wont advise to take bird at work desk , as it will create problems for you. They are naughty and loves to play. They are less loud compare to other Conures.

In initial stage you have to keep them separate than slowly once they are bonded than you can keep them together. During playtime you can make bond with them under your supervision
