Witnessing Fajr in Plovdiv Bulgaria - 3rd/Ramadan/1444AH - 25/03/23 CE

The local masjid Salah timetable stated Fajr entered at 4.42AM (which corresponds to 18 degree Fajr angle calculation). However, Fajr entered much later than this as is evident from the video I took from the top of a hill.
Note that the 12 degree Fajr angle calculation said that Fajr entered at 5.15AM.
