Hi Nili, if I was you I will start taking L-Tyrosine. Many moons ago I had thyroid cancer, I do not have a thyroid, it was removed completely, and my levels were all over the place, and I got them regulated with L-Tyrosine. Be blessed
I know what you mean by experiencing both high and low levels and how parts of each can have their good and bad points. I was hyper this past March and after removing the supplement that I was taking, quickly went into hypo. I don't feel good being hypo but am now scared to take enough thyroid support to feel where I am normal. Medicines did not work for me. I took prescription thyroid meds for 23 years and tried them all. I never felt like I got any relief of symptoms and basically felt bad on each and every one of them. I don't have the answers but I totally agree that this is a process and trying to figure out what to take and how much is not easy. You look like you feel better than I feel. Unfortunately, thyroid problems are one of the hardest conditions to stabilize while having the patient still feel well. How does this gentleman help you? Does he do phone consultations for thyroid issues? Thank you for doing this video.
What supplement were you taking? Sounds like you were doing well on it until you stopped? I’ve been on thyroid medication for decades, I never feel any better.
I watched your film on adrenal fatigue that you recoreded 7 years ago. Just after your fourth kid (approx.). My first thought was you had lost too much iodine from your thyroid as pregnancies take a lot. Couple of years fastforward and here you are! Struglingwith thyroid. You just needed iodine. I dont know where you live but if water there is with fluorine thats even worse. Buy some books on iodine therapy and get better.
Thank you for sharing Nili. Just curious is your doctor a functional medicine doctor? I am having the toughest time finding a doctor that wants to do any kind of blood work.
@@rosssundberg5510 yes, I've been taking selenium this whole time... No, no gluten in my diet for the last 15 years. Thankfully all of my thyroid antibodies are low or negative
