The way this whole thing was handled was terrible. If Jay Leno wasn't ready to step down they shouldn't have replaced him. Once he was replaced Jay should have never came back in any form with NBC.
I think television would have been way different had Conan O’Brien been able to stay. Jimmy Fallon has more of that late night aura to him than Conan. Conan is perfect for evening and Jimmy is great at night. Seth Myers is really smart, but something about Jimmy just keeps you laughing late at night, and Conan is always a respectful interviewer and is always self deprecating, which is fantastic for the evening to give you a little fun and relaxation before you begin to crank it up to an 11 at night.
This was HIS theme...it's perfect with him, and his show was THE Tonight Show since Johnny.

Great theme. I wish NBC would allow episodes to be shared like on CZcams. Such a shame they must erase all this. Didn’t even give him a chance
