Circle Cutting jig & Fence for Jigsaw Table

Hi. In this video, I showed the construction of the "Fence" and "Circle Cutting Apparatus" for the Jig Saw Machine, which you can find on my channel. You will have a Jigsaws where you can handle many tasks with this easy-to-use apparatus attachments. The fence is designed to be easily attached and detached. The Circle Cutting Tool can be adjusted so that you can cut circles with a radius between 3cm and 30cm. All you have to do is drill a hole with the m4 drill bit from the edge, which rests on the jigsaw blade, as far as the radius of the circle you want to cut.

welche Sägeblatt benutzt du ??Bei mir" Federt" das Werkstück immer nach oben und bei dir liegt es
ruhig auf den Sägetisch. Ich säge keine MDF Platten sondern Multiplex und Vollholz.
Vielen Dank, Herr Reinhold. Die Stichsäge, die ich verwende, ist Makita. Hölzer sind in der Regel MDF. Wo jedoch Haltbarkeit wichtiger ist, verwende ich Birkensperrholz. Ehrlich gesagt bevorzuge ich MDF, weil Sperrholz etwas teurer ist. Ich habe Kiefernholz für die Beine und den L-Arm auf der Puzzlebank verwendet. In der Klingenführung habe ich Sperrholz verwendet. Es arbeitet sehr stabil beim Schneiden von Holz. Manchmal kann sich das Werkstück beim Schneiden von dünnem Metall an den Sägezähnen verfangen und abprallen. Kleben Sie die Klingenführung ganz auf das Teil, in diesem Fall ist es in Ordnung. Die Maße findest du in der Beschreibung aller meiner Videos. Merhaba öncelikle çok çok yararli bir video olmuş ve paylaşmış olduğumuz 3d ve PDF planlari ile de eşsiz hale gelmiş paylaşımınız. Emeğinize sağlık CZcams da sizden başka bu şekilde yok desek yalan olmaz heralde. Benim size bir sorum var bu PDF planlarini normal A4 olarak çıktı aldığımız zaman kalıp olarak kullanmak için çıktı boyutunu a4 olması yeterli olacak mıdır acaba?

İndiremediyseniz linkte sorun olabilir. Dosya 3d dosyası. Bütün parçalar bire bir ölçüde çizilmiştir. Tek yapmanız gereken ölçülere göre tahtaları kesmek

Hallo. Der 3D-Plan wurde im Programm „sketchup“ gezeichnet. Sie benötigen dieses Programm, um die Datei zu öffnen. Es gibt auch ein Programm namens "Sketchup Viewer" in "Google Play". Aber das ist nur zum anschauen.

I have things to do before. But I try to get ahead as much as I can. It may take several months though.
I prepare the plans with a program called sketchup. It's a very useful program. Although not as good as SolidWorks...
